Hello again!, the second update of the new chapter of the game is already available to download, here is the description:

In this new chapter titled “Second Round”, we continue the story of Macario and the consequences he must face after the events of the first game, and how he must rise again after losing everything in order to have his rematch.

Also, from now on I’ll be using the following methodology to avoid mistooks, the updates will be numbered v1.xx.x, as the first chapter ended on v1.00.1, where :v1 to diferentiate between first chapter. 02 means second major update. 01 be used for minor updates/bugfixes (more languages for example).

The first chapter of the story is already completed, out of the added story (dialogues, pictures, animationes), not much extra changes (just some improvements on user interface)

Update is a revision of the leaked 0.9, so don’t expect a lot of content until the release of v1.0, yet there are some major improvements, maybe the most important is that the english translation was fully re-done (not by me) and the dialogues should make sense now (you can go to bother someone else now), also portuguese (from Brasil) is now available.

·Visual Enhancements: The contrast of all game images has been corrected to prevent them from looking too dark. Additionally, images prior to version 0.2 have received a filter to reduce noise, along with the contrast improvement.

·Audio Implementation: Ambient music has been included throughout the game. This is one of the most requested features, and though I don’t have many tracks yet, more will be added as the game progresses.

Animation Improvements: The contrast enhancements also apply to videos. More importantly, sound effects have been implemented in animations to complement the background music, enhancing immersion in romantic scenes.

·Interaction Enhancements: While there are limited interactions in the game and only one with consequences, an option has been added for encounters. You can now choose how to finish an encounter, either “inside” or “outside”. This improvement is only available in the final encounter of this version and in v0.9. Additionally, the gradient image has been replaced with a button similar to the text in the options.

·Translation Improvement: A new translation has been done. Up to the middle of version 0.6 has been translated by a native English speaker, and the rest has been done and reviewed by myself to avoid continuity errors. While it isn’t perfect, it’s much better than before.

·UI Enhancements: The text size has been slightly reduced to prevent overlap with the quick access menu, and the text outline has been increased for better readability. The black background in the main menu has been removed (on Android, only the opacity has been reduced)

Ch.1 v0.82

I have finished applying the sounds to the game, both for the background music, as well as in the animations and some impact effects. Therefore, I decided to release it as version v0.81, which is already available in the VIP Telegram group. To download the new version, just go to the “Game Releases” topic. You can join the group by subscribing to any of the payment tiers, and don’t worry, the development of the next version is progressing smoothly (it will be ready in the coming weeks).

Save from chapter one isn’t required, however, is recommended to play the first chapter of the game before the second one to catch the story.
