Almaria [v0.275] [JayWang Games]
“Unconscious at shore and with a severe case of amnesia, you are taken in and treated to the hospitality of a totally innocuous woman named Adria. There is no need to be cautious at all to earn your right to freedom. There is also no need to regain a semblance of self-identity through ‘your’ memories, the memories of others, to uncover secrets, and to explore the unknown world of infinite settings, relations, and possibilities that does not await you.”
-Implemented “Growth Essence” currency, viewable in the main menu above the Gold icon. Growth essence is obtainable via battles and certain quests.
-Once Sana is recruited, a certain shopkeeper will appear in the Pocket Dimension who accepts Growth Essence as a currency.
-Added 5 “notable” characters:
- Barbara (Dark Elf, recruitable as a party member)
- Rose (A party member in the very far-off future, currently part of a side quest)
- Daisy (Innkeeper)
- Pandora (Boss Battle, part of Main Storyline)
- Libra (Cameo as part of Main Storyline)
- Titjob variation (Adria, 33 Affection Scene). Viewable in the inn.
- Titjob variation (Barbara, 33 Affection Scene). Viewable in the inn.
- Handjob (Sana, 33 Affection Scene). Viewable in the inn.
- Titjob variation (Daisy, Quest Reward).
- One leg-raised standing vaginal (Daisy, Quest Reward).
- Row Formation. Both your party members AND enemies will gain certain debuffs and buffs based on whether they are in the Front Row, Middle Row, or Back Row in battles. Your party’s row formation is adjustable in the Main Menu.
- Party Limit Gauge. Both your party members AND enemies will gain increments in a “party limit gauge” when taking damage, inflicting damage, and upon death in battle. Each party member has a unique party limit skill, and limit skills are unique in that they do not consume the skill user’s turn (i.e. “Quick Cast”). Enemies, however, also have limit skills that can also change the battle towards their favor, so be careful…
- TP Modes. Normal skills consume both TP and MP. However, TP can only be obtained by certain mechanisms and perks that are potentially unique to each party member (i.e. taking damage, dealing damage, healing, dealing status effects, etc.).
- Weapons/skill ranges. Certain characters can only reach certain rows with their weapons/basic attacks/skills. The same applies for certain enemies.
-Implemented enemy level scaling that is based on the average level of your entire party. Enemy scaling can be further adjusted in the “Options” menu.
-Interacting with certain objects on the map might grant you a new skill from now on. As of now, there is only one object that does so.
-Implemented a “scroll over” feature that helps to explain status effects BOTH in mid-battle and in the main menu screen. Simply place your mouse over the status ailment and the description of the status will pop up.
-Implemented captions that name certain NPCs, areas, interactables, etc. when you walk near them.
-Implemented item pop-ups that display when you obtain a new item and its icon.
-Implemented ~12 Quests (~8 “Main Quests”, ~4 “Side Quests”).
-Implemented the world map and boundaries that will be adjusted per future update. The only locations as of now are: Adria’s Mansion, Cockatrice Inn, Underground Forest/Ruins.
-Certain unique NPC interactions, dialogue, and even quests can only be obtained or progressed by having a certain party member in your battling party. This will apply to future party members, also.
-Certain quests will forcibly require you to place certain party members within your party, locking you into the party adjustment screen until you do so. This is to ensure and future-proof storyline consistency as more content is added per new area/party member.
-Implemented a help guide to explain all of these new implementations, etc. It can be accessed in the main menu via “Items” -> “Key Items” after completing the Intro Chapter.
-Implemented a very strange cheat room at the bottom right corner of the Pocket Dimension map.
-I doubt most of you have played my first release version, but older saves are not compatible at all due to these new features. I have included a save file that begins right after the end of the Intro Chapter as a quality of life service to the very few (if any) who played it.

*Mr. JayWang here (the developer). PLEASE do not download any other compressed version as there are likely to be graphical or audio bugs. This compressed version has been quickly perused/edited to remove such bugs, and seems to be fine now. However, please let me know if there are still any that I missed! I’d also like to thank Exoplast for supplying the original compressed files.*
