Shuichiro Minato—a young man who lives in Tokyo. Amid the Christmas lighting one beautiful winter night, he was arrested as a public nuisance.

Shuichiro defended himself in court, describing his acts as self-expression—art—but no one could understand him. He was sentenced to ten years of penal servitude for being a pest and resisting arrest. What’s more, he was deemed too far gone to rehabilitate… and thrown into Tulip Prison. In a modern-day dungeon with monsters in human skin around every corner, can one brave annoyance survive?
