Well met, traveler. I’m Yoguruto, and I’m proud to present the alpha version of Harem King. Harem King is a medieval fantasy adult visual novel built in Ren’Py using Koikatsu, focused on character relationships, political pressure, and the quiet cost of authority.

Characters (Alpha) Isaac – The reluctant king. Thrust into power far beyond his preparation, forced to grow or fracture under pressure. Anastasia – The queen by circumstance. Sharp-tongued, self-destructive, and far more perceptive than she lets on. Etsuko – The boisterous elder princess. Familiar, playful, and dangerously honest. Keiko – The younger princess. Gentle, devoted, and quietly resolute. Yuzuki – A gossiping kitsune who somehow became palace steward. She still treats you like a child—and knows far too much. Suzume – The former king’s concubine, chosen by tradition rather than love, and left behind in the wake of his death.

All characters depicted sexually in this game are adults.

Inspirations

This project is shaped by character-driven stories that prioritize consequence, restraint, and quiet emotional weight over spectacle. Narrative touchstones include Attack on Titan (particularly its later arcs) and selective themes from Sword Art Online, especially around responsibility and survival within rigid systems. Visual novel influences include Goddesses’ Whim and Broken Dreams. These works are points of reference—not promises of scope or scale.
