What’s new
Alexa & Kassandra

The great cryptid chase reaches its big finish (the terrifying “monster” may or may not fit in the palm of your hand). One thing leads to another, the hero cooks up some sweet payback… and it derails spectacularly. You’ll wind up running the bar in a brand-new mini-game — mix drinks from the recipe, keep the customers happy, rake in tips, and try very, very hard not to get caught watching what’s going on in the back room.

Meet Dana — your newest match on the dating app

Guarded, clever, allergic to cheesy pickup lines, and absolutely worth the effort. Chat her up over a couple of weeks — she warms up the more real you are (and so do the photos she sends). Then it’s a picnic in the park, where saying the right things turns the afternoon into something neither of you will forget… nosy passer-by, a very convenient tree, and the most stressful small-talk of your life included.

A whole gallery to re-live your best moments

Grab the Camera Glasses and you can now replay unlocked scenes, sorted by girl — including a brand-new “Other Girls” section for your dating-app conquests. Miss a moment? It stays locked until you’ve earned it, then it’s yours to revisit any time.

Kisses, now with motion

A dedicated Kisses collection that fills itself in as you smooch your way across Palya — and a big batch of new animated kisses for the girls (Samantha, Maria, Megan, Timi, Karla, Gloria, Greta, Andreea, Alexa, Kassandra, Tiffany and more), across all sorts of locations.

Several key scenes are now animated instead of stills — the good stuff looks a lot better in motion.

New scenes for girls you already know

It’s not all new faces — there’s fresh spicy content for the regulars too, including Timi (a certain after-hours “punishment” in the office), Karla down the dark alley, and a proper date for your first dating-app match(animated, of course).

A new spot to shop

There’s a shady little stall tucked away in the dark alley now, if you’re the type who goes looking for trouble (and the odd questionable purchase) after dark. Not much to do with it for now, but who knows.

Revamped Relationships menu

The whole relationships screen got a glow-up: bigger, prettier panels, each girl’s profile with her Love & Corruption at a glance, and quick tabs to jump straight to her Scenes and Kisses.

Polish everywhere

Chats that actually feel like real conversations, cleaner menus, better-looking thumbnails, and a pile of fixes so everything runs smoother than last time.

Player-facing changelog

v0.1.3 is a hotfix — a quick follow-up to v0.1.2 that clears up the bugs and rough spots you reported, smooths out a few things, and slips in a little new content while we were at it. Thanks for all the reports.

New

Meet Alexa & Kassandra. Head to the town gates on a Saturday morning for a new intro quest — a funny stand-off with the gate guard and a hook into their “elf hunt.” (More of their story is coming in a future update as this release is meant to be a hotfix.) For now their affection is capped while their story is still short.
Photo gallery in chats. Every dating-app conversation now has a Gallery button up top so you can look back through all the photos she’s sent. Also, the chat was redesigned to look more natural.

Dating app

Ayla’s messages now read like a real person — she actually responds to what you say instead of talking past you.
Conversations flow better day to day, so it no longer feels like each morning starts a disconnected new thread.
Photos display correctly now — they no longer overlap the messages around them, and you can tap any photo to view it full-screen.
Cleaner chat design overall: rounded message bubbles and the name at the top no longer gets cut off by the phone’s notch.

Fixes

You can no longer get stuck in the Mayor’s office.
Girls (like Timi) who wouldn’t accept a kiss anywhere will now respond properly.
Booty calls no longer have a girl agree to come over and then nothing happens.
The “Work a shift” objective now completes when you actually work a shift.
Tiffany can no longer become permanently unreachable — and old saves where she was stuck are fixed automatically.
The Samantha introduction is clearer: the quest now tells you to talk to Maria and pick “Her Friend.”

Balance

Training gives twice as much — workouts, studying, and mirror practice now give +2 per session.
Penalties are gentler — bad choices cost about half what they used to.
Charisma is much easier to raise(changed to base of 35% +1 for each fit point you have), and your Fitness now makes it climb faster.
The morning-after booty-call scene happens more often.

Other

The Farm outside town is closed off for now — a gate guard turns you away. It’ll open later in the story.

About this update

v0.1.2 is the biggest content drop since launch. The Dating App goes live with Ayla as the first fully playable match — fifteen chat exchanges, escalating photos, and a bar date that ends one of two ways depending on how well you play it.

On the work side, Timi and Megan get a shared quest, and Timi’s story branches for the first time: the Blackmail path is fully playable, and the Love route is in — just not finished yet.

Four characters — Timi, Tiffany, Sophia, and Samantha — now have animated kissing scenes. The phone gets a redesigned UI across all apps. And the opening sequence is finally the length it should have been from the start: faster, tighter, all the good parts kept.

New content

Work quest (Timi & Megan) — new shared quest added involving both characters.
Timi: two new paths — Blackmail path fully playable. Love route added but marked as work-in-progress; selecting it shows a “not implemented yet” notice.
Animated kissing scenes — Timi, Tiffany, Sophia, and Samantha now have animated kissing scenes.
Dating App — new in-game app with its own quest. One girl (Ayla) fully implemented: chat exchanges, photo progression, and a bar date with two outcomes. More girls coming in future updates.
Phone UI redesign — dating app, messages, and contacts screens have a new visual design.
Shortened intro — Anna’s opening and the story intro are significantly trimmed. All sexting exchanges kept; exposition cut.

v0.1.1

0.1.1 is not a content update. This release is focused on improving image quality across the game.

The main goal of this version was to clean up the visual presentation after the first public release. A lot of the work here was technical and asset-focused: improving image handling, reworking parts of the build pipeline, and making sure the game looks better in the actual release version. So while this update does not add major new story content, it does improve how the game looks overall.

To show the difference more clearly, here is a comparison using Maria.

The older release had noticeably rougher image quality in some scenes. In 0.1.1, the visuals have been cleaned up so character art looks sharper, cleaner, and closer to how it is supposed to appear in-game.

This update is mainly about that kind of improvement. Not more content yet, just a better-looking version of the content that is already there.

v0.1, the first public release of the game.

This version is the beginning of the project, not the finished form of it. The core world, characters, systems, and several questlines are already in place, but Palya is still very much in active development. Some routes go further than others, some characters are still waiting for their full content, and some parts of the game are currently there to set up what future updates will build on. So yes, you can play it, progress through it, meet the cast, and get a real feel for the story and tone, but no, this is not the point where I get to sit back and pretend the job is done.

It is also important to say clearly that this game contains AI-generated art. That is part of the pipeline behind the current version of Palya, and I would rather state it directly than hide it behind vague wording and hope nobody notices. The goal is still to keep the game visually appealing, coherent, and worth playing, but I want people to know exactly what they are downloading.

Because this is an early public release, you should expect a few things. Some girls already have meaningful progression and scenes, while others are currently more like promises with eye contact. Some quests can be completed for this version, while others stop at a temporary “more in future updates” state until the next content pass arrives. In other words, if a route feels like it is warming up and then intentionally stops, that is probably because it is warming up and then intentionally stops.

For this version, a few girls are also temporarily unlocked even though their proper unlock routes are not finished yet. That is intentional for 0.1, so players can already see them in the game and get a sense of the wider cast. In future versions, those girls may be locked again until their real unlock conditions and route progression are implemented properly. So if someone appears available now and becomes more selective later, that is not black magic, it is just development being honest about being development.

The focus of this release is to establish the foundation: the city of Palya, the main cast, the relationship structure, the progression systems, the quest flow, and the overall tone of the game. Future updates will expand routes, add more scenes, deepen side characters, and keep pushing the story forward. So this version is less “here is the whole mansion” and more “here are the keys, the front door works, and several rooms are already decorated, but some of the others still have construction dust on the floor.”
