Delivery Diaries [v0.1.1] [DAiMAi]

October 18, 2026F95

You play Ren, a 24-year-old bike courier in the sleepy village of Hanamura in present-day Japan. He rides between home and the nearby city of Aoba with ramen and parcels, and somehow every second address belongs to a woman who makes the job harder than it needs to be. At home there’s Mom, who insists she did NOT make breakfast for him.
It’s a slice-of-life RPG. The story moves forward day by day, but in between the town is yours: soak in the bathhouse, text people back, help Granny Tanaka carry her crates, or go down the slide at the playground. People notice what you do, and the town remembers.
The game is a comedy, and it’s an adult game. There’s a lot of suggestive content, and Ren is not good at keeping his eyes up.
All characters are 18 years of age or older.

v0.1.1

Ren was supposed to deliver food. It got out of hand.

STORY

– Part 1 “Deliver Me Justice” begins. Mochi is gone again, and this time the police ring the doorbell. Ren ends up with a job he never applied for and a partner he still can’t read.

– Training in the station basement.

– A shift at Goda’s where not every order is about bentos.

– Club Amore opens. One long night on two floors, six dancers, a bar, darts, a DJ who takes requests and a lot of people who know more than they say.

– Someone moved in next door. Kaho has a purple fence, a garden hose and no interest in shade. Her story runs over several visits.

– Reika finally lets Ren in. Every time she orders, he can stay, tell her what happened to him lately and watch her take notes.

– A thunderstorm knocks the power out at home. Mom is not a fan of the dark.

NEW

– Goals (replaces the wardrobe menu): delivery slips for everything Ren could be doing instead.

– Objective arrows, so you always know where the story wants you.

– Bath and bed thoughts now remember what Ren went through.

– New mini games throughout the story.

– Animated dancers. Tip them and they turn around.

– Helena gets a new intro every time Ren runs into her somewhere new.

– More collectible cards, hidden in the new places (10 in total now).

– Ctrl speeds up text, and on the map it fast-forwards time.

– H hides the text box so you can look at the picture properly.

WORLD

– New places: the police station and its basement, an air duct, Kaho’s house, Reika’s apartment, Club Amore (both floors and a private room), a dead-end street and the spot under the bridge.

– Fireflies at night, neon that flickers, proper lighting in more interiors.

– New faces for Helena.

– What happens in the story now shows up everywhere: texts, the notice board, small objects, NPC lines, Ren’s thoughts.

FIXES

– Voice clips were way too quiet. They’re normalized now.

– Text boxes wrap properly, no more lone words or lines running off the edge.

– Removed invisible walls and fixed spots you couldn’t reach.

– Holding the mouse button no longer skips through choices.

– The day goes by faster (about 10 real minutes).

…and a lot more small stuff.

v0.1.0

– Initial release.
