A Forest Tail [Nightly 167] [LalaLewds]
Heavily inspired by games like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon, A Forest Tail will have mechanics such as farming, dungeon explorations, RPG leveling, real time combat, skill systems, magic, and of course, romance. There will be mature content in this game, but the dev is planning to make an SFW version that avoids that for those not interested in that aspect. Thus there will be heavy focus on making a great game that anyone can enjoy!
The story is heavily dependent on player decisions, so we can’t say much about it. However, I can tell you what we have, as of writing this: You’ll start as a slime that has a skill rare to monsters: “Evolution Beyond”.

A Forest Tail is setting the bar for RP. While the world can be fully enjoyed solo, the game truly shines when playing in a server. The amount of customization to your character, home, species, playstyle, and even the world you live in allows you to enjoy a completely unique experience. This is an amazing game, but it’s MADE for being RP’ed in.
We’re making this because we’re tired of trying to “make RP work” in a game using mods to change it into something it isn’t. No more!! A Forest Tail is going to be ready for your community right out of the box and when it’s fully released, we plan to bring modders in with a full dev kit. This will allow them total access to the games inner workings so we can push the unique experience even further!!
Yes, it’s very alpha right now as we focus the MECHANICS and STORY of A Forest Tail first. I’m polishing it here and there with the help of amazing artists, such a LalaLewds, Seliel the Shaper, and music by some incredible musicians who understand what IMMERSION means to a player! So, please be patient, I promise it’ll be worth it. I’m the solo coding developer working with great artists, and I’m listening to every piece of feedback that comes in.

You’ll be able to evolve far more than other slime. Eventually gaining the ability to shapeshift and even blend in with humanoids. This will allow you access to a number of places, including the town and other villages, yes plural.

Q: How much will it cost on release?A: That has yet to be determined. It all depends on how much game I can put in there.
Q: Will characters be unique or just reskinned outlines throughout the game?A: All characters will be unique in every way. I want to make every location and experience feel fresh and new.
Q: Is this going to be like every other hentai game where you just get lewd dialogue and horny guys?A: This is not a cut and paste of another RPG maker H-game. No offense to those, but this is a unique game that has mature content. The focus is good gameplay and unique interactions. Interpret that as you will.
Q: Will there be males characters to romance?A: Females, males, and everything in between. Yes, that includes futa.
