– The Boogeyman now has two assistants.
– New scene for critical hits during breastfeeding with the highest-level skills of the “slutty” and “nice” subclasses; the critical hit chances have also increased.
– New world map, accessible by leaving the camp in the mountains; from there, you can reach the House of God if you have super-soft feet.

Alternative dialogues have been added for diaper changes when you learn the new class’s skills.

– At the casino, you can obviously make money, and the grand prize is cosmetic surgery at the clinic.

The clothes seem useless at first, but they’re needed for level 16 skills in the “slutty” and “nice” subclasses.
– Now Randy asks for food when he goes to the park; each different meal adds new dialogue for the next diaper change and increases your relationship with him.
– New advanced language scenes and interactions (Levels 3 and 4) for all the boys.
Level 3 Randy: when you go to sleep (every night).
Level 3 Carlos: at the park.
Level 3 Eric: when you go to sleep and you’ve won the casino big prize.
All Level 4 interactions take place at the theme park.
– At the casino, you can meet your boss; she’ll give you a mission that unlocks a 10% chance of the bogeyman visiting you when you leave the bedroom, along with the way to defeat him.
If the bogeyman touches you, it’s game over.
– New character: Eric.
With him, the group of main “babies” is now complete.
Eric asks to have his needs met in a balanced way; he’s very naughty and harder to discipline, but he makes up for it by causing anger with practically everything he does.
– Experience magazines are now sold at a newsstand downtown, and a unique experience book is available at the grocery store.
– Potential bugs with the sprites when interacting with the boys have been fixed, but unfortunately they no longer rotate.
– New plugins that modernize the game’s save system.
You can save on the same PC where the credits are stored…
(an autosave occurs when you go to sleep and when you gamble at the casino)
– A tutorial has been added.
