Known Issues / Notes:

️ Sometimes, incorrect character images may appear immediately after loading a save. This should correct itself on the following dialogue line. A workaround has been implemented — please report if this still happens after making a new save.

Overhauled the save and load system: introduced 56 slots organized into pages, with automatic screenshot capture upon saving for improved tracking of save progress. Minor adjustments included.

KNOWN BUG:

– An issue persists when loading certain saves, where incorrect images may briefly appear. This will be permanently resolved in the next version.

IMPORTANT: Start a brand new game to unlock access to achievements, galleries, and to avoid any potential bugs from previous saves.

Due to the size of the update, I had to split it into two parts. The second half will be ready soon. For now, enjoy the hike back with your campers and discover some interesting items and misteries as you grow closer to them. There is a new special NSFW scene at the very end, for those that manage to unlock it…

Initial F95 Release

– A short but exciting update! (And it’s been just a little over a week since the last one).

Finally meet Max’s group and enjoy some new dialogues and scenes with the campers. Will you be able to unlock a really special scene with one of them?

– Fixed a bunch of bugs, some of which have been present since the very beginning.

– Added new ribbon colors to Group 1 campers, but they are only visible in a brand new game to avoid any issues.

– Now the “narrator” lines won’t have an empty ribbon.

– Made a lot of changes to the UI and old backgrounds; everything should look better on Windows especially.

– Reworked/fixed some past images.

– Probably some more stuff I forgot.

Developer Notes:

Camp Arcadia is a vertical-style visual novel developed in Unity, featuring AI-generated pixel art. It includes four different “love” interests and various paths that depend on your choices.

This is my very first project. I began learning coding and Unity a year ago, as it has always been a dream of mine. Around the same time, I also developed a keen interest in AI, and I’ve been using it ever since for art generation, text creation, and coding assistance.

– Play through the job interview minigame and do your best to get the job!

– Meet fellow staff members and your group of campers at charge.

– Enjoy the introductory game with them in which you will learn more about each one, interests and personality.

– Depending on your choices, explore different paths, dialogues and events, up to Day 2 afternoon (+25.000 words).

– Enjoy a few naughty scenes!

To me, the greatness of videogames lies in their ability to let us explore completely fictional scenarios. Engaging with certain genres doesn’t necessarily reflect an individual’s personal beliefs or tendencies outside of the virtual world.
