This update brings the first version of the Tattoo System to Concubine, the new Imperial Princess Lingerie Set, character body and outfit improvements, pose updates, vendor variety changes and combat balance adjustments.
Tattoo System
Tattoos are now available in Concubine.
You can now apply tattoos through the character customization screen and create more unique looks for your main character and companions. Each character can have their own tattoo setup, allowing you to create different identities, companion styles and screenshot looks.
Different tattoo designs support different visual options. Some tattoos are color-customizable, while others are full-color designs with tint support.
When editing tattoos, the customization camera will focus on the selected body region, making it easier to preview the tattoo placement and overall look.
Tattoos are also supported in Pose Mode and companion-related character screens, so your customized characters can keep their look across different presentation options.
Tattoos can be removed by selecting the active tattoo again, making the customization flow cleaner and easier to use.
Imperial Princess Lingerie SetThe Imperial Princess Lingerie Set is now available through Lucieta.
This new set expands the Lingerie System with a royal and elegant style, giving players another option for character customization and outfit combinations.
Character Body & Outfit ImprovementsWe made significant updates to the shared character body model used by the main character and companions.
In gameplay terms, this should help characters look better during animations, poses and outfit combinations. Armor pieces, lingerie, boots and other clothing items should generally fit the body more naturally and behave better in motion.
These changes may also improve some harem girl visuals in the Palace where the same character body setup is used.
This is a large character model update, so some equipment combinations may still show clipping or visual issues. We are continuing to address these cases as we find them, and your screenshots and reports are very helpful.
Character and outfit improvements include:
• Better body behavior during animations and poses
• Improved outfit fitting on the character body
• Better footwear behavior for boots, heels and covered shoes
• Better stocking and toe visibility behavior
• Improved outfit behavior for the main character and companions
• Several armor and clothing pieces adjusted to better match the updated character body
Updated PosesSince the character model itself has evolved, the pose system also received attention.
We revisited several existing poses to better match the updated body proportions and character weighting. These changes should help characters look more natural in poses, reduce awkward bends and improve screenshot quality.
This update includes:
• Improved sitting poses
• Improved standing poses
• Improved foot and arm positioning in selected poses
• Better pose compatibility with heels and footwear
Outfit & Gear AdjustmentsSeveral outfit and gear pieces received visual adjustments to better support the updated character body and reduce visible clipping.
This includes improvements for selected skirts, tops, boots, sandals and lingerie-related footwear.
Some of the adjusted items include:
• Sand Serpent Skirt
• Chaos skirt
• Scorpion Warrior boots
• Nomad Temptress sandals
• Coarse Leather belt
• Emerald Huntress pieces
• Lunar Huntress top
• Midnight Siren pieces
Companions should also display their shoes more consistently, including in the Palace.
Vendor ImprovementsArmorsmith and Weaponsmith vendor inventories have been improved.
They should now offer more variety when you visit them, while still keeping one item of each type available.
Combat & Balance ChangesThis update includes balance changes for bosses, companions and several mid-to-late game encounters.
Several bosses have received health adjustments to better match the current combat progression and player power level. In general, mid-to-late game boss encounters should now last longer and feel more challenging, especially as players progress further into the game.
Boss balance changes include:
• Mankurt’s health has been increased to make the encounter more durable
• Korsan’s health has been significantly increased for a longer boss fight
• Zebellah’s health has been significantly increased to better match mid-to-late game progression
• Alamet’s health has been significantly increased to make the fight more demanding
• Salome’s health has been increased to better match her intended difficulty
Companion damage has also been reduced to keep party combat balance under better control and make player decisions more important during fights.
These changes are part of our ongoing combat and progression balancing. We will continue monitoring feedback and adjusting values where needed.
Level, Cinematic & Navigation UpdatesWe also made several small level, cinematic and navigation improvements.
• Fixed a navigation issue on the Rumeli ramp
• Updated parts of the Topkapı cinematic presentation
• Improved camera, blur and depth-of-field behavior in selected cinematic scenes

The detailed character customization includes dozens of body & face sliders such as height, weight, muscle mass, breast and butt size & shape, waist width, skin complexion, eye, nose, mouth, lip, jaw size and depth and more, including makeups, tattoos, scars.
The hyper realistic skin rendering will allow you to see your concubines in extreme detail and you can change the look of your concubines anytime, giving you endless possibilities of creating the concubine party of your dreams.
Decorate your Harem room, expand base with additional rooms, cellars, dungeons, hamams. Purchase furniture, paint, art & accessories and rent attractive, customizable maids to create the perfect base for your concubines. Beds, couches, tubs & different types of palace furniture will let you create perfect bases in Grand Palace & other historical locations.
The combat will be challenging. Starting from street thugs of medieval Istanbul to end level bosses of dark crypts below the city, you will battle different classes of enemies with unique skills, abilities & strategies. The more enemies you fight, the more random skills you can learn from them, letting you to build your concubine & companions with unique skill trees. Swords, daggers, maces, bows & spells are your weapons choices, as well as special weapons like whips.
Use your map to travel to monumental buildings, palaces, temples & underground crypts of Istanbul. Unlock new areas by following the epic story line, or fight in random instances to equip your concubine & copanions. The treasures of medieval Istanbul will gift you with virtually endless armor, weapons, costumes, accessories & skills to loot.
As you travel & fight your way, you will meet beautiful, skilled companions to rescue & add to your party. Customize your new companions, gear & costume them up, build their skill trees & teach them new spells & strategies. Your companions will also live in your Harem base, and you can see them in their daily routines -sleeping, bathing, entertaining- when you are not outside adventuring.
Free Pose Mode lets you strike the perfect pose anywhere in your palace or in cleared instances to capture stunning shots, while Photo Mode allows you to pause mid-combat, adjust the camera, lighting, and focus, so you can immortalize your most epic battles.
Concubine is a dark fantasy action RPG featuring stylized combat with blood effects. Characters wear suggestive fantasy attire (e.g. bikini/sexy armor), and optional nudity (partial or full) is present in character customization screens and armors can be set visible/invisible by players. No sexual acts or sexual violence are depicted.
