This is an incest game, but do keep in mind it is a slow burn story. The MC will have sex with girls who he already has proper relations with or with girls who will come his way, naturally. The first version has this. But when it comes to the incest, do NOT expect the MC to view his sister in a sexual way or for their to be any sexual development between the 2 before a strong connection has formed between them.
