Increase depravity and female or male sexuality (regardless of the chosen gender). Change your appearance. Discover new sexual interaction.
Don’t starve, exploring this place. Get to know the characters meeting on your journey. Someone is friendly, some not very. Defeat the terrible zombies. But if you find a strange black altar, it is better to stay away from it.
