You take on the role of the main character, Koji (renameable). Life’s pretty good overall. You’re a hard worker at a big company, the reliable breadwinner for the family, everything’s stable. Youâve got a beautiful wife, Minako, who’s no longer young, and you’re about to get promoted to head of your department. But something’s off.
Your adopted daughter Rin brings home her new cocky boyfriend. You come back and walk into an awkward situation that makes you think about a new fetish that’s been buried inside you for a long time and has now woken up.
Discovering My NTS Fetish is a game about Netorase in many of its forms—both the harder kind, deep into cuckolding and femdom, and the softer exploration of open relationships. What will your new relationship with Minako be like?
This game dives deep and hard into NTS (Cuckold) themes.

Right now, the game is mainly focused on developing the cuckold storyline — that’s the core direction at the moment. If you have issues with the main character coming across as weak or lacking confidence, this game probably isn’t for you.
