It contains the case 2 gallery as well as the futa Fizz x Merlot scene and the Fizz lose scene with Case 2’s boss. You can find the first one as a tape in the security room and the lose scene can be found by losing to boss in case 2 by having Fizz’s hp drop to zero. Additionally, the Fizz Futa jack off scene now requires seeing the Futa Fizz x Merlot scene first to access The start of case 3 is available as well 😉

Contains the ability to accuse suspects as well as the boss fight at the end of case 2.
It also has an option labeled “Put it together” with Fizz in case 2. This will give you the answer to the case and advance directly to the boss fight. (In later versions this will need to be unlocked but for testing I let it be available from the start)
Also contains the patreon voted Polaris anal scene, you can access it by flirting with her in her dialogue sequence and choosing the backdoor option.
