Alex rides into the desert with a debt to pay and a body he isn’t sure is still breathing. The Motel Horizon is the last stop before the town runs out of road — thirty dollars a night, a key that’s already cold in his hand, and a mirror that doesn’t quite move when he does.
Eternal Guest: Prologue is a short, standalone entry point into the Eternal Guest universe: a single, tense night that ends in a question you won’t get to answer until Season 1. It’s a slow-burn psychological horror piece told almost entirely through atmosphere and reflection, building from mundane dread to full surreal horror, and ending on one final, unavoidable moment.
This is a tonal preview for the explicit content of the full game and contains disturbing/surreal body-horror imagery, gun violence, blood, and one non-sexual nude (transformation/emergence) scene. All characters are 18+ and entirely fictional. This is a linear story with no branching outcomes.

Developer Notes:

This Prologue is a standalone, self-contained cold open — no prior knowledge needed. It introduces Vesper, the entity at the center of the Eternal Guest universe, in the moment she is first made. Playtime is roughly 15–25 minutes. It is a linear experience; player input does not branch the story.

This project is also an experiment in pushing AI-generated CG beyond the typical Pony Diffusion look, aiming for a more photorealistic, cinematic style. AI tools were used for image, animation, sound, and music creation; they were not used for programming or script/writing.

Playing with sound on is strongly recommended — the atmosphere and pacing lean heavily on audio design.
