fix for people who have low-end PC and very low fps in animations.

LagsFix – replace both files in the root folder [WARNING: this will cause wrong display of backgroud imgs, nothing that will break the game]

for occasional lags using the key U to turn the UI off and on will fix the issue for that map (still working on a permanent solution).
