Talk to him – for real. Not a menu, not canned lines: a small AI runs on your PC (offline, private) and speaks for him from what he feels right now. Edge him, stop, tell him he’s never cumming – and hear him beg. Tease him and he pushes back; hurt him and he pleads. Seven personalities (Sweet, Shy, Cocky, Bratty, Stoic, Submissive, Dominant). Shape him, then play. Made Man is an adults-only 3D game about one realistic man. You make him from face to body – build, face, age, body hair and what’s below the belt – then bring him to his first climax, or keep him on the edge as long as you can. He breathes, watches you and reacts to every touch; his mood and arousal build, he gets hard, and edging him leaves him leaking and begging.

New since 0.1.113: his voice is real recordings (one actor per personality) with real spank, skin and bed sounds, soft flesh, muscles that tense and a living face, much faster loading and a Very low level for laptops, Polish and Cloth strokes, a daily challenge, and he lives on while the game is closed. Plus a smooth ball gag, a walnut-and-leather paddle and a butt plug, a real safeword (Stop all / Backspace takes everything off him at once), a gentler first edge, and a new, more masculine default face.

Installation:

1. Pick one download: full (3.9 GB, with the offline AI chat) or noAI (1.2 GB, everything except the AI chat).

2. Extract and run BetaDemo.exe. Keep BetaDemo.exe, BetaDemo.pck and the data folder together.

3. The first launch asks you to confirm you are 18 or older, and asks once whether you want to share anonymous statistics (nothing is sent unless you say yes).

Your saves are in %APPDATA%Godotapp_userdataBeta Demo.

Requirements (Windows 10/11, 64-bit; 3.9 GB download with the AI, 1.2 GB without – the AI is about 2.7 GB of it):

Recommended: GeForce GTX 1660 / RTX 2060 or Radeon RX 5600 or better, 16 GB RAM, a 4-core CPU.
Minimum: GeForce GTX 970 / Radeon RX 470 class with 4 GB of video memory, 8 GB RAM – choose Graphics: Low or Medium in the opening menu.
AI chat (optional): allowed from 8 GB of RAM with the AI on (not yet tried on a real 8 GB PC – it will be tight). A PC with too little memory is told why. The rest of the game doesn’t need it.
Ultra graphics: RTX 4070 / RX 7900 class or faster.
Laptops and built-in graphics (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon/Vega Graphics, MX cards): the new Very low level – Auto picks it for them. The first start can take a few minutes on older PCs while the graphics card prepares its shaders.

Performance

Loading is much faster: about 20 seconds to the menu on our test PC (it took over a minute before).
A new graphics level, Very low, for laptops and built-in graphics (Intel Iris Xe, AMD Radeon/Vega Graphics, MX cards). Auto picks it for those.
Auto graphics is smarter: it picks the level from your graphics card (Ultra only where it holds about 60 fps, laptop chips a step lower) and steps down by itself if the game stays under 24 fps for 20 seconds, remembering it for that card.
Low is lighter and the small view windows beside him cost far less; smoother with your hand on him, lighter in the editor and at rest.

Look

A new default face, stronger and more masculine, in his 30s, on a new muscular starting character. Face types: Neutral, Refined, Masculine, Chiseled, Broad, Rugged, Sharp, Boyish, Soft, with new pictures.
Soft flesh: buttocks, belly, thighs, arms, chest and love handles lag and wobble as he moves, a spank makes the cheek bounce, skin dents where muscles press – softer with more fat, firmer with more muscle.
Muscles tense with effort: biceps, forearms, shoulders and thighs bulge as he moves (switch in Look).
His face is alive: tiny eye flicks, pupils that drift and widen as you edge him, blinks that follow his mood, breathing you can see in his jaw and nostrils; he glances at things that appear.
Sharper, more lifelike skin (4K maps on Medium and up: pores, natural shine, light through thin skin) and a new Cinematic light mood.
Finer head hair on High/Ultra, and short haircuts are an even layer instead of rows of dashes.
A new penis look, soft and erect: every character is circumcised now; erect, the head is round, as wide as the shaft and runs smoothly into it.
Realistic precum (on by default, switch in Settings): a clear drop gathers at the tip, hangs on a thread and drips.
Age shows on his face, with grey hair in his 50s and 60s (strands that turn fully grey, not a flat tint).
Body hair without hard lines between body parts. Spank marks redden the whole cheek, build to deep crimson and fade; he sweats and blushes.

Play

Stroke styles and a second hand: Polish twists your palm over his head, Cloth saws a wet cloth across the tip, and your other hand joins in.
A gentler first edge: he builds up more slowly, and “ALMOST ON THE EDGE” warns you just before the gold part.
He lives on while the game is closed: stubble and body hair grow (Shave him / Trim body hair in Him), spank marks fade, a broken brat’s pride comes back. Come back and you may find him asleep – and he reacts to how you left him. A “Before you go” card tells you what moves on.
Daily challenge with a streak on the opening menu (prize: his balls refilled – a bigger finish) and new goals: Red cheeks, Edger, Begging, Worth the wait, Again?!, Hold it.
A spank is harder the faster you swing, and he flinches and looks away when your hand comes at him fast.
Brat Taming starts with Spank in your hand and tells you when to slap; the next challenge sits under his Pride bar.
Auto camera on/off on the top bar, Keep the camera still in Settings.

Sounds

His voice is real recordings now: one voice actor per personality, from the OpenNSFW Voice Pack – moans, gasps, laughs and climaxes, muffled when he is gagged (credits under Voices on the opening menu).
Real spank, skin and bed sounds: recorded slaps, lube, skin rub, the bed creak and the plug, from the OpenNSFW SFX Pack. The generated sounds are gone.
The non-stop breathing loop is gone (a player called it “nightmare fuel”).

AI chat

Chat is a tile in the bottom bar: off until you press it, then it offers to load.
Now allowed from 8 GB of RAM (was 16 GB); a PC with too little memory is told why instead of freezing. Not yet tried on an 8 GB PC – tell me how it runs.
No more empty answers, he no longer starts every line with “Fuck”, more varied moods, he stays in character, and he knows how long you were away.
The noAI download says “not in this download” and hides the tile.

Toys and safety

A smooth ball gag, a paddle (walnut, black leather, brass rivets; red marks that fade) and the butt plug with an in/out slider. The gag opens when you agree to share anonymous usage statistics; the paddle and the plug when you also agree to share your AI chat. The camera turns so you see what you use.
The humbler stays the thank-you for a real review.
Stop all (top middle) or Backspace is your safeword: everything comes off him at once – gag, plug, paddle, humbler, your hand – with a little aftercare. In Brat Taming his “Red” frees him.
Esc really pauses Play: “Paused – he waits for you.”

Fixes

No more small neck jerks when his arousal changes.
Quit only asks to save when you changed him yourself; saves are written safely with a backup.
A clearer opening menu readable at 1280×720; menus, tips and speech bubbles slide aside so they never cover his face; a labelled arousal bar; visible scrollbars; in-game cards instead of Windows boxes.

Privacy

Your chats and statistics stay on your PC – nothing is sent unless you agree. The first start asks once.
Sharing and unlocks: an on/off switch for each kind of sharing, Agree to all and Delete my saved data (Esc > Sharing and unlocks, or Main menu > Settings). Turn a switch off and only its pieces lock again.
The chat filter removes names, places and numbers more strictly (as far as possible – a filter can miss something); error reports carry no file paths.

Known issues

After launch his body hair takes about 10-20 seconds to appear.
The first-start statistics question has an empty gap in the middle of its card.
At 1280×720 the Esc panel needs a short scroll to reach Main menu / Quit.

v0.1.113 – major update

Talk to him (AI chat): type to him and he answers in character, from what he feels right now – on the edge he’s breathless and begging, sore he pleads, teased he pushes back. Seven personalities (Sweet, Shy, Cocky, Bratty, Stoic, Submissive, Dominant). He has a life of his own, asks about you (say no and he lets it go), remembers you between sessions and grows attached: stranger, starting to like you, trusts you, attached, falling for you. Runs offline on your PC, about 16 GB RAM; off by default (Play > Him).
Body types: Twink, Twunk, Otter, Muscular, Bodybuilder, Bara, Furry, Bear, Wolf, Cub, Daddy, Chubby – with their own body hair. Face types, and an age from 18 to his sixties.
A more natural face and eyes; a relaxed stance, smoother movement, he glances at your hand and back at you.
Brat Taming: timing matters – wait for him to mouth off, then spank him. Too much too fast gets a “Yellow”, then “Red”.
Spanking marks and reactions; sound (his moans, the smack of every spank) and music that heats up with him.
The camera circles him; stroking keeps his face in view.

Edging machine: a sleeve strokes him and a pressure probe reads how close he is. It ramps up, stops dead right before he cums, lets him calm down and starts again – set the speed, the ramp, how strict it is and how many edges before it lets him finish. An inflatable probe you fill by hand or that the machine pumps up with every edge.
Medical station: the control box on a steel trolley with a live pressure graph, and a jar on an IV stand that collects what he cums through a clear tube.
Bondage table: tie him face down with his cock through the hole, or on his back. In Brat Taming the brat is now bound face down on it, ass up for your hand.
He has moods: what you do to him stays with him for minutes – sore, sulking, wary, pent up, content, spent, shy. He doesn’t smile right after you hurt him, flinches when your hand comes back, guards himself and is harder to turn on while upset. A good climax leaves him relaxed and drowsy; a ruined one leaves him resentful.
Turn-ons: each character has his own kinks (spanking, ball play, edging, being tied, being watched, overstimulation). Into it, it turns him on instead of upsetting him; hates it, it kills the mood. Set them on the Him page.
Ball slaps: he doubles over, cups them if his hands are free, pants through the ache, and his balls pull up tight.

Realistic skin: the skin of his shaft slides over the hard core as you stroke, the head swells and shines as he gets close, the veins come up.

Redesigned menus and HUD, a reshaped circumcised head with a skin texture that flushes as he gets aroused; Text size picker (tiny text on 4K screens) and Anti-flicker (no more white sparkle in hair and skin).

Brat Taming: a new mode on the opening menu. He’s a cocky brat who agreed to be put in his place – wear his pride down until he calls you Sir. Push too hard and he says “Yellow”; ignore it and he uses his safeword “Red” and the scene ends. With its own challenges and rewards.
Edging you can feel: the screen’s border glows gold as he gets close and pulses while he’s on the edge, so you can watch him instead of the bar. An ON THE EDGE timer counts how long you keep him there (your best is saved). Back him off to count an edge – each one makes him finish harder.
Point of no return: past the red mark he cums whatever you do. Keep stroking for a full climax; let go and it’s ruined – it just leaks out, he doesn’t enjoy it and he’s left unsatisfied.
New strokes: head only, shaft only and slower paces, with a Start/Stop button right beside him.
Spanking in the demo, with red marks that fade.
He reacts while you edit him: add muscle and he flexes; make him smaller down there and he covers himself.
Custom body types: move a body slider and it becomes “Custom”; save it with +, rename it, remove it with -.
Circumcised and a rounder glans by default, veins that really shape the shaft, new pleasure / pain / torment faces, better hair.
Reset goals to play them again, and the full version’s toys, machines and positions shown greyed out so you know what’s coming.
Fixes: no more bald first start, messages no longer cover his face, the demo goal text, and many smaller ones.

Controls:

Play: pick Caress, Stroke or Spank at the bottom (keys 1-3), then click a glowing spot on him – the hand does the motion. Start/Stop and the pace (- / +) are at the bottom left; Firm presses harder; Auto varies it. Space starts / stops the hand.

Stroke: the little map of his cock picks where the hand works.

Toys (bottom bar): the ball gag, the paddle (Hold the paddle, Strike, Keep spanking) and the Plug tile (hover it for its slider).

Stop all (top middle) or Backspace: your safeword – everything comes off him at once.

Talk: press Chat in the bottom bar; it offers to load the AI, then type and press Enter.

Right-drag turns the view, the wheel zooms. H hides the interface. Esc pauses and opens the menu.

Edit: pick a body type and face type, or open Fine-tune for every slider; Ctrl+Z undoes. Menu (top of the screen): back to the opening menu.

Online features and your data:

The game is fully playable offline – the AI chat runs entirely on your PC.

All of it stays on your PC. The game keeps anonymous usage statistics on your PC (what you use, for how long, frame rates and crashes, what you change in Edit, load times, script errors without file paths) and the lines of your AI chat with his answers. No name, no account, no saves.
Nothing is sent unless you agree. The first start asks once. If you agree to “Usage statistics”, what was saved so far is sent, then new events as you play. Your AI chat lines go only if you also turn on “Send my AI chat too”; otherwise they stay saved on your PC.
Each part is an on/off switch, any time: in Play, Esc > Sharing and unlocks, or Main menu > Settings. Turning Usage statistics off turns “Send my AI chat too” off as well. “What’s saved?” (Settings) shows what would be sent and has Delete my saved data.
Names, numbers, e-mails and links are filtered out of the chat lines kept for the statistics, as far as possible – a filter can miss something, so don’t type real personal details. (The AI’s own memory of you stays on your PC and is never sent.)
The extras: the ball gag opens when you agree to the statistics; the paddle and the butt plug when you also agree to send your AI chat; the humbler is a thank-you for a real review. Turn a switch off and only its pieces lock again.
Review / feedback (opening menu): sends only the type and the message you type – no e-mail, no saves.

To block the game’s internet access completely: Windows Security > Firewall & network protection > Advanced settings > Outbound Rules > New Rule… > Program > browse to BetaDemo.exe > Block the connection > tick all profiles > give it a name > Finish.

Honest status of this build:

Checked in the exported game itself: loading time, the toys and their unlock switches, Stop all and Backspace, Esc pausing, the edge warning, Brat Taming’s start, the daily challenge and goals, the new face, age and grey hair, the new penis look, body hair, and the noAI download.
Soft flesh, muscle tension, the living face, precum, Very low and the Auto step-down are in this build and on, but I haven’t recorded each of them in the exported game yet – tell me if something looks off.
The voices and sounds are in the build; the automatic tests run silent, so please tell me if anything sounds wrong.
AI chat on 8 GB of RAM is allowed now but not yet tried on a real 8 GB PC; it will be tight. If it is slow, turn the chat off again (Esc > AI chat) – the rest of the game doesn’t need it.
Sharing only happens after you agree – built that way and tested inside the game; the tests themselves never send anything.

Every character in the game is an adult (18+).
