citizens would be charged with tax to support the hero.”
…this was the origin of “Hero Tax”.

The descendants of Rototo were supposed to receive benefit from it,
but the money from “Hero Tax” was so small that
they had trouble to just live on.

And because of the oppressive “Hero Tax”, the citizens hated them.
The citizens did not allow them to earn money even if they worked..

And one day, the Demonlord actually rebirthed.
