-Previously we have had the day count, but we haven’t fully had anything that tracks the days specifically. Now, it will be a complete resetting week cycle! This will allow me to have specific events on different days of the week such as a “Yoga class in the gym on Friday nights” or “Sadie typically goes grocery shopping on Wednesdays” or something like that for example. This will lead into my next point!

-This relates to both the week system and the Crystal cameo, now there will be different events around town on different days! Crystal’s news letter will appear in your mail inbox every day after buying a subscription to it. The news letter will inform you about different events that go on each day!

-This system will be pretty bare bones with one or two non important events this update, but more content will be added as the updates continue <3 this is more the setup update, something to build on!

-This will be important for 1.07, I’ve already revealed the models and sprites for the cop girls in the discord. That will be shown off here after 1.06!

-The Ice cream stand is now only open only on Monday and Wednesday during Mid-Day, and instead of giving 13 hunger it has been buffed to 50! (It also takes away 1 max hunger each use) just thought it would be fun~

-Switched the week cycle from variables to switches as I realized it was almost impossible to work with in variable format as there isn’t an = to, only a >= for events and it would turn into a whole thing if I tried to continue with it that way

Fixed what was causing the false positives with the plugin that was not in use

Added a Bug Fixing NPC that I will continue to add to, sometimes if you are using an old save you won’t be able to see begging events because that has been added recently so that you can only see begging events when you have that talk with Sadie. Now you can just talk to the NPC in Sadie’s house to fix it!

Mechanics:

Press T to Crawl, will change some interactions as well as being a requirement for some events to trigger such as begging for money.

Hunger System, you will now have to worry about your hunger. Be careful, it is possible to starve to death! Food is now consumable that you buy at the market.

Passing time by resting on some bench/couches, mostly in the Inn or Sadie’s house.
