Once you beat Pandora it looks like there are two ways to get the true end.

Gawain’s and Sagramore’s bodies must reach a certain development levels. Raising Gawain’s is pretty easy, just surrender to enemies, walk around with no clothes in the jungle area, or stay for extra training before escaping the underground farm.

To raise Sagramore’s body level you can take your time when your go to rescue him. For example to get him to reach the max amount of training in the first area you need to take 10 or more days to save him, that way the goblins will have had enough time to maximize training him. His training follows a similar pattern for basically all the areas.

The easiest is probably this:

Gawain’s body development must be ≥ 6

Sagramore’s body development must be ≥ 6

These variables should also work, but I think it would be tricky to do:

Gawain’s body development must be ≤ 5

Sagramore’s body development must be ≥ 6

Win final fight against Pandora

Gawain’s body development ≤ 5

Sagramore’s body development ≤ 5

Win final fight against Pandora

Gawain’s body development ≥ 6

Sagramore’s body development ≤ 5

After escaping from the underground farm and Isabelle or Jezebel the succubus catches up to you, choose to leave Sagramore behind.

After escaping from the underground farm and Isabelle or Jezebel the succubus catches up to you, surrender or lose the battle.

Once in the underground farm you will be put on auction once your body attains these traits:
