Pill Defenders is a fast-paced, top-down auto-shooter where you play as a tiny but powerful contraceptive hero fighting off relentless waves of sperm enemies trying to impregnate the user.
Collect DNA from defeated invaders and spend it between waves to buy new weapons, upgrade your build, and become stronger, faster, and more potent with every round.
