Project Hivemind [R3.1] [Karatus]

October 16, 2026F95

Project Hivemind is an adult interactive fiction game where you play the monster: a lab-grown parasite freshly escaped from the facility that bred it. You feed on pleasure, nothing grows you faster than an orgasm you set in motion yourself, and the more you take the more you can do. But alone you are small and slow, and the world kills things like you on sight, so power always means never being seen for what you are.

How you take hold is up to you:

Build a nest. Move into the walls of an ordinary home and ride its animals, the cat, the dog, the things in the vents, running them as one hidden network while you watch and condition the family from inside their own house.

Wear a human. Infect a host and slip into their skin, their job, their bed, and live their life as your own, turning it upside down from the inside while the people who made you close in on what is really behind their eyes.

Take the city. Push your influence past one household and out into the streets, turning people into willing carriers, reshaping their minds and bodies, and extending your reach district by district until the whole city answers to you.

Futa and sissification content is fully avoidable.
All visuals in the game are AI-generated.

– 21 new scenes available across all characters

– More content about using the new mutations and old ones in future builds

– fixed some weird looking images with new ones

– accessibilty options for bigger text and reduced screen margin

– added mobile accessibility option for letters falling minigame in symbiotic route

3.0 is finally out!

– A new complete contamination route, with more than 130 scenes is out, full changelog is bascially impossible

Trigger it in the lab by exploring the sealed wing and reveal what was getting hidden all along

– For the nerds: Changed generation models from a SDXL/WAN stack to a Krea/Minimax stack so it should feel more realistic and there is less uncanny valley in general in the visuals of the new route

2.2 Brings a lot of content for the symbiotic route + a new ending to find by following the lab trail, tons of new scenes along with polishing and rewriting of the old ones for a better experience

New content

– New Chapter 2 ending for the symbiotic route

– New first day event, deferred suspicion events to trigger in a later day, first lab event now always triggers on day 3

– Emotional manipulation changes, new NSFW scenes triggered by route-shifting emotional manipulation checks + new scenes based on conditioning and route

– Toxic spore changes, now using spores during the sleep triggers new scenes (Karen, Ryan, Megan, Jess)

– New observe the house events

– Made the dream phase more user friendly for who wants to navigate it in the lab-vessel route

– Changed observe the family to flash when new scenes are available

– New Ashley and Bryce scenes unlockable from the observe the family

– New events when kinks are unlocked, now each kink gets at least a unique scene available from observe the family given enough psionic conditioning

– Also kinks buildup is changed for several routes

– futa Karen now accessible from both her routes

– fixed most of the symbiotic route journal, some entries might still be iffy

Bugfixing

– fixed continue button not being accessible from sister bonding event

– fixed journal broken html renders

– fixed max biomass being awarded multiple times on scene replay

– more bugs

Rewriting

– did more rewriting of the old AI writing in the symbiotic route, some passages still remain

– Rewrote the prologue removing AI generated text

This update adds new scenes to the Lab Vessel route, a big wave of Hoffman household content, the first tease of a route still to come, a full journal overhaul, and modding support.

New Bowen Scenes — Lab Vessel Route

Lots of new Tom Bowen scenes after his shatter, now he will actually reflect if you did shatter him in a way or another, bring him clubbing, talk to him at the lab or go out on the evening with him to test it out! Check also what happens in the morning if he ends up sleeping in your bed

New Hoffman Family Content – Symbiotic route

A large batch of new material across the whole household — multiple new events and explicit scenes spanning Karen, Dale, the twins, and Jess, plus new route beats and an expanded symbiotic-route finale. That’s thousands of words of new prose and a stack of new images and videos to find. Also, check out the expanded ending!

Journal Rework

The Hoffman family journal is now a proper scene collector. Every scene you reach becomes a card, route-locked content you can’t reach on this playthrough can be unlocked with skill points, and each entry has its own recap with all of its art. *(Still a work in progress — expect a few rough edges, flagged in-game.)*

Mod Support

Project Hivemind now ships with a modding runtime: custom events and content can be loaded as mods, with a companion **Mod Studio** for building and test-driving your own. Jump on discord if you need any help with modding or simply if you want to try it out!

Bugfixing Hopefully all the reported bugs are fixed, also new bugs joined in the party (probably)

Rewriting:

Dropped a lot of the AI generated text that was lingering over in the symbiotic route and rewrote it, around 80% of the passages that used AI written text were rewritten

Lab Vessel Route V 2.0

New content

Literally a whole new chapter is out with 60+ new scenes

– A whole new branch! New chapter 2 branch, find a way to infest Dr. Elena Chen in the lab and see the world from her eyes

– New Vessel skill tree mechanic, now the skill tree is different if on symbiotic route or in lab vessel route, you will find only 2 skill trees until a route gets set

– New hooks for chapter 3, and a little expansion for the initial scenes adding up some more passages for future chapter hooks

– Rewrote a lot of passages, should be smoother to read now

Symbiotic Route V 1.5

New content

– New Megan Slut + Jess Punk routes with full progression chains, dream walks, kink crystallisation, and NSFW scenes

– All non-Dale route chains rewritten end-to-end: Karen Liberation/Dominant 1-3, Ryan Feminization/FamilySeeker 1-3, Megan Marcus 1-3, Jess Breakdown 1-3

– New Pair-Lockdown system — dog forces two family members into one room while spores saturate. 4 canonical rooms (Karen+Megan kitchen, Karen+Ryan bathroom, Jess+Megan bedroom, Dale+Jess basement) with tier-2 + tier-3 explicit cross-member scenes

– Reworked Gecko Chameleon Skin → Egg Laying: with 4 external-nest scenes

– New Hormonal Override Jess scene with punk variant

– New Bio Architect punk variant scene

– New Free Use content — new free use triggerable in the house, different events for different routes combos

– New cat-stalk events: Megan/Jess new routes content

– New Jess×Ryan scene (4 variants based on route combos)

– New observe the family variants

– Lots of new scenes, too many to count

Quality of life

– Changed images from png to webp do have an accessible file size

– Added Harvest all biomass link in network hub to avoid switching to every host, available if you have seamless transfer

– Distributed Awareness now lets you see actions normally not available on current host

– Added quick switch in operations tab

– Added cards for network and upstairs shortcut

Bug fixes

– Failed operations no longer trigger cooldowns — 7 fail passages were locking the player out for a full week without benefit

– Cat-stalk biomass deduplication — multi-kink branches now actually award stacked rewards instead of silently dropping the second

– Lab suspicion: bite + restricted-wing one-time gates (was stacking past 10)

– SP awards no longer become unearnable after save-load

– Paragraph rendering: Fixed many line breaks not working correctly

– Journal: profile pages show all crystallised kinks (previously displayed only the first)

– Journal: Facility Intel now completable via new delve beat

– a lot of small bugs and prose rewritten throughout the game

English is not my first language so there might be some typos beware, there is a cheat console integrated in the game if you want the fast route to the fappable content, even though I advise not using it since there are a lot of events and content that might be missed somehow
