Overview:

Save Name System Overhaul:

Functional and visual rework of the save name system
The option in the Preferences has been removed
A permanent input field is now available in the save screen
The name you enter will remain until you change it
If you don’t want to name your save, simply leave the field blank

Game Compression Update:

The compression method has been changed
Dark images (which are more affected by WebP compression) will now be less compressed than the others
Total game size: 1.7 GB, including:
- 1.20 GB for 3186 images
- 286 MB for 71 animations (including speed variations)
- 222 MB for 36 music tracks

Soundtrack:

Soundtrack changed to avoid potential copyright issues due to the NSFW content

Bonus Content:

A blurred preview of the 25 exclusive renders released since version 0.2 has been added to the exclusive image gallery

Others:

Improved overly abrupt transitions in certain scenes.
Added an option to choose a textbox style to improve visual comfort for players who have trouble reading dialogues over some of the brighter image backgrounds:
- None → Default option, no textbox
- Default → Simple and classic textbox
- Alternative → Dark textbox with a transparent black background behind the text
Added a variable for choosing whether or not to accept a sexual scene with Serena:
→ No impact on the main story, only changes some dialogues if you meet Serena again later.
Fixed several typos and dialogue errors.
Some saves made during Lena’s photoshoot or the café scene might be buggy, but outside of that, everything should work fine.

Added the ability to name your saves (option can be enabled/disabled in settings).
Added an image gallery that unlocks images as you progress through the game (If you’ve already seen images from version 0.1, they should be unlocked automatically; otherwise, you’ll need to reload a save).
Added a preview gallery for MVP-exclusive renders (blurred renders).
Revamped and improved visual interface.
Fixed a bug that didn’t save your name in the scene replay gallery after restarting the game.
Created two different versions of the game:
- Compressed version (1.02 GB) (similar to version 0.1).
- Lossless version (3.30 GB) with higher image quality.

What is Shattered Dreams: Redemption?

Shattered Dreams: Redemption is a visual novel intended for adults, focusing on its story and the various branching paths you can explore. While sexual content is present, it’s not the game’s main focus.

There will be plenty of it, but don’t expect to play a character who fuck every character he meets after two minutes of play.

Your choices will truly impact the story—they won’t appear every 20 lines, but when they do, make sure to choose wisely! Update by update, you’ll begin to see the consequences of your decisions.

Above all, I hope you’ll be forgiving if I make any mistakes in English.

I understand it well, but it’s not my native language, and I’m doing my best to deliver a well-written story.
