1. Download and extract the ZIP (keep the “data” folder next to the game).
2. Run DemonQueen-v0.2.1+fix1.exe.
3. Windows SmartScreen may display a warning because the executable is not code-signed (“More info” > “Run anyway”).
4. If Windows says “Smart App Control blocked this file”, turn Smart App Control off (Windows Security > App & browser control) to run the game.
Saves from v0.2.0 still load. Saves from v0.1 are not compatible (the prologue was rewritten).

– Fixed: the shifts at the brothel crashed the game (their videos were missing from the package).

– The Queen’s court: audiences at the throne, works to restore, the armoury, the barracks, the library, the bath and nights in the alcove.
– Dates on the great hall’s sofas: five dates each with Lira, Nyxara and Nemi, with their memories in the gallery.
– Caresses on the red divan with the girls who have had two dates with the Queen (Lira, Nyxara, Nemi).
– Lessons with Nyxara in the chamber of the seal, and a while with her every day to raise her affection.
– The war: a new campaign map with 26 battlefields, sieges to attack and defend, relics and the Queen’s powers, food bought with gold.

– Every new text in all 15 languages, and the translations reviewed line by line: the mine’s rooms have their names, and every character keeps the right gender.

This release contains the rewritten prologue, Act I, the Queen’s court, the dates, the war campaign and a 3D world to explore: the castle, the forest, the village, the hot springs, the brothel, the mine and The Crag. Some places are still being built and say so in game.
System requirements: Minimum (30 fps): 4-core CPU (i5-6400 / Ryzen 3 1200), 8 GB RAM, DirectX 12 graphics card with 2 GB (GTX 1050 / RX 560) for 1080p, or integrated graphics (Intel Iris Xe or similar) at 1080p with Settings > Graphics > Graphics quality: Low. With a dedicated card it also runs with 4 GB RAM, with slower loads. A DirectX 12 graphics card is required: without one the 3D world cannot load. Recommended (1080p, 60 fps, Maximum quality): 6-core CPU, 8 GB RAM, GTX 1650 / RX 6400 with 4 GB. Disk: 1.2 GB.
This is a full remake of the game first released as v0.1 Alpha (prologue only, visual novel): the story was rewritten and the game is now a 3D sandbox with visual novel scenes.
The game is completely offline and contains no accounts, analytics or online updater.
Some artwork, writing and localization used generative-AI-assisted workflows. Velvet Weaver selected, edited and integrated the final material.
