“The Last Barbarian” — is a third-person action role-playing game. You are encouraged by the game to proceed with caution, learn from past mistakes, or find alternate areas to explore. If you are not careful, monsters will be able to have sex with you and you will have to start from the very beginning.
“The Last Barbarian” takes place in a fantasy N’ul-realm, plunged into darkness and debauchery after the arrival of the ancient Goddess of Flesh. She gives everyone what they want most. Potion Maker

Clan War

The Clan War quest is fully completed and has 4 endings.

1. Betray Shorka (Bad ending) – Barbarian becomes a personal concubine to Dork, and the Witch, using orcs, burns Devenant, taking revenge on its inhabitants. This is a game over.

2. Betray Dork (Neutral bad ending) – Shorka kills everyone indiscriminately in the underground, including her beloved Shamorka. Erenlius also dies.

3. Honorable Duel between Dork and Shorka. Shamorka gives birth to Dork’s offspring (Neutral ending) – Dork dies at the hands of Shamorka, and in despair, Shamorka kills Shorka. Erenlius survives.

4. Honorable Duel between Dork and Shorka. Shamorka does not give birth to Dork’s offspring (Good ending) – Dork dies at the hands of Shamorka, and Shamorka and Shorka leave the valley together. Erenlius survives.

Each of these endings will have an effect on the game’s conclusion.

Politics is a dirty business.

The main changes involve the methods of persuading the key residents of the city of Devenant, namely the Banker, the Brothel Owner, and the Innkeeper. You can convince them in several ways, and this will also affect the further progression of the game.

Persuading the Banker:

1. Ask for a loan and “accidentally” burn the debt ledger during the interview (dishonorable method).

2. Seduce the banker while he sleeps in the bath (lustful method).

3. Bring a goblin debtor to him (respectable method) (currently in development).

Persuading Vernon (Brothel Owner):

1. Free his prostitutes from the Torus dimension (lustful method).

2. Bring a volunteer to the brothel who has been transformed into a woman (dishonorable method).

3. Free the prostitutes in the Arena (respectable method) (currently in development).

Persuading the Innkeeper:

It’s time for a new release! I continue to develop narration to finish the story of green and brown orcs. It took a little longer than I expected, but that’s how it seems to work out when you’re doing a big, complex story.

In this release, we will focus on a new location – the Warehouse.

To help goblins resist the dragon, Grumbler will teach us how to brew potions. Brewing potions involces three steps:

Grinding herbs (don’t ask what kind of herbs we use)
Choose the base of the potion
Extract it at the required temperature.

Finally, after a long silence, I can say: “The new release is out!” I apologize for the delays. I wanted to publish the release two days ago, but planning is challenging at the moment.

I have already mentioned that because of the war in Ukraine, I have difficulty planning my work, but a person can adjust to everything and therefore, I have completely returned to a full work routine. Last time, based on your voting results, I ended up polishing much of the game’s existing content. In particular, I’m talking about the quest line “Servant of the Gods”
What were my goals?

Improve, expand and modify the existing lewd content
Disable unnecessary dialogue if Barbarian has moved forward in the story
Get rid of the mess in the quest log
And of course, simplify the walkthrough of the game and the availability of scenes

The Brothel is one of the early locations and therefore has a lot of outdated content. I decided to refine the existing mechanics of working as prostitute and, using your comments, brought it nearer to a reasonable ideal involiving dynamic elements and interactive play. What’s new?

Dynamic Client Generation.

In the previous version of the Brothel, the Barbarian was only able to serve the same character model, featured in set ways based on which bed was chosen.

As of the new release, the appearance of the client will be different. The client appearance is generated using 4 base body types, 8 skin materials, and 6 texture tones.

Each client has his own preferences (at the moment it is classic or oral satisfaction) and his mood (angry, sad, calm and cheerful). These parameters determine how much energy will Barbarian spend to fulfill his request.

For example, if the client is angry, he will mistreat the Barbarian and she will get more tired. At the same time, she will not spend any effort on a cheerful client, but there is a chance he can take some of her money with him.

The Game Mechanics Update

The new release also offers more choice on how The Barbarian can manage her time and clients at The Brothel.

The client appears in the Barbarian’s room and offers to serve him for some fee. She can agree or refuse. The number of clients per day is limited, as are her “action points,” APs. If her APs or customers in the queue run out, the shift will be over.

If you refuse to serve the client, there is a chance to lose popularity. This will affect the number of customers next time.

Interactive Smut Scenes

I often hear from you that the game lacks “progress” scenes as 90% of all scenes are just loops. Namely, we were not able to control the speed and intensity of the characters’ movements. Of course, we can just speed up the animation by two or three times, but it will look terrible, right?

In one of the previous releases, I experimented with procedural animation control (Futa barbarian bending Witch). Now I have developed an approach for myself to create and use scenes in the game, where the player can control the speed of the “frictions,” while the speed of “main animation layer” is not speeding up. It takes more time to create animation, but the result is more interesting and controllable by the player.

New Appearance Adjustments!

There have been a lot of suggestions on how to update the Barbarian’s Appearance settings. I decided to make the adjustments of the breasts, waist and buttocks more precise. You may now use the number keys, 1 to 6, to customize her look. I aim to complete the controller update in the January release and fully implement it in February.

Limitations of the Release

With new releases, come limitations of features. Here are a few:

New in game mechanic – Reincarnation

After the witch explains to Barbarian the nature of her memory lapses and learns the story of Burgilda (who became a succubus), the game mechanics of death will be updated. After losing to the monster, you will be able to press “R” to go through Purgatory and be reborn. If you continue with old saves – just ask Witch about memory lapses one more time to turn this event on.

Purgatory

Do you remember the location of the Nightmare? This location is now called Purgatory and has a very important narrative sense. If you fail the colored crystal challenge, the barbarian will transform into a succubus and be returned to the mortal world.

Play as succubus

I make releases once a month and post the game as it is now. Therefore, in order to protect the player from breaking the gameplay, I limited the available locations for visiting. Succubus can visit Stormwind Valley, Witch Hut, Noria’s Tavern, Brothel, Prison, and Hell.

Finally! You can continue playing the game with saves from the previous release! Please pay attention that this is the first implementation of this feature. The New Year celebration is over and I hope this year will be more pleasant than the last one.

So, I have a new update here. What’s new?

I’m continuing working on the “Politics are dirty business” quest.

When you blame the mayor in front of Devenant citizens, and you have enough support, go to his hut and kill him. After this action just follow the quest journal way. This quest is still under development due to some reasons. I want to add 2 different ways to finish it and I need a bit more time to finish the endings.

Orc invasion event.

This event appears after you kill Hugh. Without proper government officials, Devenant has been invaded by Orc’s mobs. This event affects Brothel, Inn, City Hall and your home locations.

New sound packs.

This is an old and very painful problem. Sex sounds. It was pretty annoying to have the same moans record for dozens scenes. Finally! I found what I looked for. The new sound pack with good quality records. New scenes use this package. So let me know what you think about it. Also, some old scenes were redone with a new sound pack.

For some new sex scenes (listed below) I added ability to switch camera to herPOV (press RMB).

Tools in the mines.

So what’s inside this storyline and how to get in?

When you cure Lycanthropy by using a proper spell book, talk to Sienna and propose to her to tell everybody about what she did.
Hugh will blame you and Witch in front of Devenant citizens. (New Gangbang scene added) Now you need to get rid of Hugh. You can’t just kill Hugh, you need good citizens’ support to blame him back. There are 3 key characters to support you.
Banker. (Blowjob, ball sucking, pussy lick, pussy fingerring, missionarry sex scenes added.)
Brothel owner. You need to save his prostitutes.
Inn owner, because he sells booze to citizens. (Drunk sex with tentacles, drunk sex at toilet scenes added. )

The endless sexual nightmare

This event occurs when you bring fertility to the Torus and let him impregnate you.

This is a repeatable event. So you can replay it.

What’s inside? I don’t want to make spoilers here.

Also, this quest can be a bit tricky, so pay attention to some details.

New skin controller.

I added a few customization options for barbarian skin.

Now you can set pubic and back tattoos, makeup and pubic hair. I guess you will have some ideas about additional options, so don’t hesitate to send your #suggestions to my Discord channel.

Also this feature allows me to add cum decals on the barbarian body. So after each sex scene, she will have new “marks” on her body.

The cumshot decals doesn’t work for every scene for now. To clean cum use proper cheat button or take a bath.

Sienna sex scene in the prison

I added a few animations for Sienna in prison. When you try to escape and the guardian notices it, he will suspect Sienna. So you can stand up for her or not.

-I keep working on the content and events for existing locations. At this time, I added some piece of content for Brothel location and Tentacles dimension.

-You can find locked “mimic” pantry door, which contains lustful tentacles. They can grab Barbarian and teleport her to the secret room in the Tentacles dimension. Of course they will fuck her at first.

In my humble opinion, it looks a bit unfinished, but I need a platform to test animations of new combat features.

Also It was the only one unaccessible location that was needed to close the narration gap.

New fighting styles

In the Arena location, Barbarian can fight with bare hands, axes, sword and shield.

I have a plan to add a bow with arrows, two-handed sword and spear. I continue to work on these animations.

At the moment these combat styles don’t affect damage parameter and blocking, cause I was working on the animation controller, so this will be done in future releases.

After testing the combat controller will be updated for the whole game.

New characters

A Doctor – Manual therapist who may heal you with pleasure

Helen – She is an actress, a former slave and member of barbarian tribe.

The Champion – he is the leader of the slave rebellion. He is big, strong and stupid.

A Blacksmith – he will help you to choose weapons before the battle

Tattoos

After passing some plot scenes, tattoos will appear on the barbarian skin. It’s something like achievements.

At the moment they can be added or removed by Helen.

You will be able to disable it btw.

New approach for sex animations.

I think it annoys when you see a simple repeating animation consisting of 30 frames.

I found a new approach that allows me to customize sex animations, make them more live, varied and realistic. The movement of individual parts of the body is changing, as micro facial expression and eye movement. Pay attention to this.

Existing animations will be rebuilt with the same approach.

Talking and character eye tracking

You may have noticed that all conversations with NPCs look like the characters simply stood against each other and do nothing.

In this location when someone talks to Barbarian, he will look at Barbarian and he will move as if they were having a live conversation.

In future I want to add facial expressions animations.

Procedural dimension

As I said earlier, I made this level with procedurally generated environment. Why did I do it?

The dimension of time is chaotic and shouldn’t be the same after each game restart, should it?

I know that this level may look kinda empty, the reason is the time of production.

I have only one month for each release, so I can’t do all features which I planned to make on this location in time.

So stay tuned for the following releases, I’m gonna add new stuff and change the existing one in different locations for your pleasure.

Beeh Athair

Third and last one Main God. He is the big boss of this level. He is bored, he is big and a little bit evil.

So you should guess what may happen when Barbarian meets him. Someone will be fucked, yeah!

Also, you will be able to play as Beeh Athair to fuck demons’ asses! I think it’s a good idea to play as evil character, isn’t it?

Remade Imp

I think that you asked yourself how all of these monsters appear in the game?

It should be clear that Slaves run away from Arkhnam, Werewolves as Goblins are related to Mines.

But what about Imps? How did they appear in this world?

They are from this dimension. You met them in Dungeons and Magic Castle, didn’t you?

So I decided to keep their appearance from Castle dimension, so be careful, they want to tear Barbarian’ pussy apart.

GOF

Goddes of the Flesh, she has waited for a long time for this meeting. So, find her and try to kill.

Don’t expect a happy end, N’ul realm isn’t place about something good.

I’m going to improve her battle mechanics in the next releases, but I placed her here, to have one of many true endings of the game.

What’s inside?

As I said earlier, there is a new dimension! As for this scene you are not able to fight. I made this level in quest mechanic, where you need to find a special portal creating book. There are some lewd things which are hidden from Barbarian. So you should avoid them (it’s a joke) or they will seduce you.

So how can you get it?

Just bring three sacrifices to Letel in N’azerahn and it will open the portal.
First/Third person view

For this level you can switch between first and third person view. Just press RMB to use it. Barbarian can interact with different level elements (books, switchers etc) in the first person view. It’s a bit difficult to walk in FPOV mode for now. (sorry, I didn’t have enough time to finish it properly)

Lewd scenes

Also I made new scenes which support multi camera mode. You need to press right mouse button to switch between different views.

Semen simulation

Yes, I have already added semen simulation for 3 scenes, It doesn’t look perfect, I know, so I’m going to dig deeply with improvements of it. It’s not working on MAC due limitations of Alembic technology, for now (I’m going to fix it this May).

X-Ray

Unfortunately, I managed to do it only in one scene. I spent too much time for “universal X-ray controller”, but it is not still working properly for now.

Animation improvements

I bought some animation software. It helps me to make new motions, edit existing animations and adapt them for current scene. I’m sure this helps me to decrease production value and increase total volume of cutscenes and animations in the near future.

Important note: This level as the tentacle dimension is still a bit of a work in progress, but anyway it’s already playable so, enjoy the game.

The Dungeon location is updated and expanded
Updated UI
Added new enemies – Warlock and Orc Executor
Warlocks use magic to attack
Updated textures and models for elves-prisoners
Added gamepad compatibility (PS4 & Xbox One)
Combat animation of the character changed. I try to make it more responsive
Fixed a bug of transition and synchronization between the knockout and sex animations
Added three new sex animations after a knockout
Added a new animation with tentacles
Fixed a bug with objects interactions (when “E” didn’t work the first time)
Added a Clothing Slots controller (it is a partial undressing during rape scenes for now, but in the future, you could put clothes and weapons in slots)

Added saving of progress (The Dungeon will be a part of the open world. The actions of the character will affect events that can occur in the Dungeon and other locations)
