Fixed an issue where pressing “H” would also hide the current screen.
Fixed restaurant duties are not resetting when skip time is used.

Known Bugs:

The game crashes after you click more than 2 dev support links on bluestacks(No issue on normal mobiles)

Episode 1 Chapter 1 – v0.2.1

Hello everyone, After 2.5 months of work, I have completed Chapter 1, Episode 1. Thank you for your patience. First, I would like to write about what we have brought in this update.

What’s new;

Win/Linux

1) Includes ~500 new pictures and 3 animations

2) 2 Story Quest Added

3) 6 Daily Quest Added

3) 2 New locations Added – School and Restaurant

4) 16 Secret pictures Added

5) 4 New characters Added

6) Tutorials Added

7) Corruption /Restaurant reputation/ Money mechanics are now fully functional!

8) PNG to .webp transition completed. (That means the game file will take less space)

Android/Web

1) Added buttons for each room, making navigation much easier.

2) Hidden pictures will automatically be unlocked when entering a new room.

Missing things / Known problems

1) Not all voiceovers are complete, especially for Valeria. (The game will be fully voiced when I hire a voice actress.)

2) The animation speed transitions are not very good. We will try to fix them for the next update.

3) Character descriptions will be added to the game.

4) New languages will be added to the game

5) This version uses an updated version of Ren’Py compared to the previous release. Users loading from an earlier save may encounter a message saying their save was created from a different device; you may press Yes and safely proceed with the game.

6) The sound will be quite low for users who have played the game before. There are two ways to fix this:

-Manually adjust the volume in the audio settings

-Delete “persistent” file in both location. This will reset all settings to factory defaults (the ones we set)

Improvements

-The lag issue on some PCs has been resolved by updating Ren’Py

Future Updates:

Interactable characters and mini-side quests will be added throughout the map, particularly for earning money from side gigs.
A proper media player will be added to the soundtrack screen.
Zoey’s picture in the soundtrack menu will be converted into an animation.
Streaming options will be added for both FMC’s, with Patreon supporters at the $10+ tier able to request Valeria and Zoey via #ask-zoey and #ask-valeria on my Discord server.
Animated location renders will be added.
