1) Chapter 1 of the Ares path is now complete. In this chapter, Philtra is drawn deeper into the violent and unstable undercurrents of Olympia, where new skills, brutal lessons, and dangerous alliances begin reshaping her future. Survival alone is no longer enough, and Philtra must learn how to endure, adapt, and carve a place for herself within a world that respects only strength.
2) The first storyline now contains two fully playable Chapter 1 routes: the Aphrodite path and the Ares path. While both routes share the same major world events and political framework, they differ heavily in tone, perspective, skillset, and outcome depending on the chosen divine alignment.
3) The Ares path places a much stronger emphasis on action, combat, brutality, and darker themes. Gladiatorial culture, military politics, slavery, and the realities of war play a central role in shaping Philtra’s journey throughout this storyline.
4) The Godless path remains incomplete and will continue to be expanded in a future update. Players are advised to keep a save during the eclipse sequence for future content.
5) Development for the next major update is currently focused on completing Chapter 1 of the Godless path before moving on to the second storyline with the Artemis and Athena paths.

1) Chapter 1 of the Aphrodite path is now complete. In this chapter, Philtra learns new skills and is suddenly drawn into a dangerous conspiracy with serious consequences. She must rely on her growing abilities not only to survive but also to secure her place within unfolding events.
2) The story has been divided into two separate and rarely overlapping storylines. The first storyline contains the Aphrodite, Ares, and Godless paths. The second storyline contains the Artemis and Athena paths.
3) The previous version of the story has been clearly separated and preserved as a standalone, discontinued route. It can be accessed at the end of the prologue for players who wish to experience it with the proper expectations.
4) Chapter 1 for the remaining four paths has not yet been written. Each path will be developed and released individually, with one update dedicated to each.
5) During the eclipse scene, players are given an important choice to either remain on the Aphrodite path or diverge onto the Godless path. The Godless path is not yet complete and will be expanded in future updates. Players are advised to create a save at this point and return after the new content is released.

1) Added a brand new Prologue to better set up the world, characters, and the MC’s childhood and upbringing. The Prologue contains fewer spicy scenes since the MC is a minor for most of this section.
2) Major backend changes were made, and most variables have been changed or removed. Because of this, old saves will no longer work.
3) The Prologue now ends with the MC being placed on one of five distinct paths: Ares, Aphrodite, Artemis, Athena, and Godless.
4) There is currently no Chapter 1 or Chapter 2 content for the Artemis, Athena, and Godless paths. These routes will be expanded in upcoming updates.
5) Chapters 1 and 2 of the Aphrodite and Ares paths remain mostly untouched. Since the Prologue was written retrospectively, there may be variable bugs and narrative inconsistencies. The old storylines are being kept as they are for now so players can continue to experience them until a full rewrite is done in a future update.

This is my first time building a story like this, and I’m still learning my way around Twine, so things are very much in-progress on the technical side. A bit of patience (and any tips, especially Twine-related ones) would honestly go a long way in helping me improve and expand the experience. I also want to be upfront about the structure of the game: it doesn’t have a lot of traditional “gameplay” choices. There are only a few major decisions that truly shape the direction of the story, while many of the smaller options are there mainly for flavor, roleplay, and immersion. The focus here is really on storytelling, worldbuilding, and character interactions rather than constant branching mechanics or gameplay systems. Because of that, the experience may sometimes feel closer to reading an interactive novel than playing a choice-heavy game. If you’re expecting frequent impactful decisions or highly reactive gameplay systems, this might not match that expectation. English isn’t my first language, so if you notice any grammar issues or awkward phrasing, feel free to point them out. I’d genuinely appreciate the feedback. My overall goal is still a large-scale “choose your own adventure” story where each major route introduces different characters, themes, and events that slowly connect into a bigger narrative. The idea is that the real depth comes from exploring multiple paths, since important lore, motivations, and context are spread across them. So if you want the full picture, the best experience really comes from not rushing and taking your time with different routes.
Also, a quick technical note: the images used in the game are fairly large (around 2–3 MB each), so loading times may vary depending on your device or connection.
Game versions: Version numbers in this game reflect the current progress of the story within its multi-chapter saga, not the completion of the game itself. For example, v0.1 to v0.9 indicate that the story is still within the first chapter, with v1.0 marking the completion of Chapter 1. Similarly, v2.0 will signify the completion of Chapter 2, and so forth. Each version represents a step forward in the unfolding narrative, with the saga spanning several chapters. Version numbers are not an indicator of the game’s final state but rather its current chapter progression.
