Note:

This update introduces the first game ending. But I don’t want the experience to just stop at a screen telling you it’s over. In future updates, I plan to expand on this by adding a “mini-game” where you play as Eva living out the consequences of that ending. You’ll be able to either skip this and continue as if nothing happened (like a game over bypass), or play through it day-by-day until Eva meets the requirements to escape and return to the main game.

Dev Notes:

This update focuses on quality of life improvements. This is how the game should have felt at release, so I’ve worked extensively on revamping the codebase.

While the game may take slightly longer to launch, it should now run smoother and more efficiently once loaded.

Please note that due to the extensive code overhaul, some bugs may still appear. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as I continue refining the game.

* I made some improvements to the game’s performance for this update. However, on the day of release, I discovered an even more effective solution to address the lag issue. I’ve decided to proceed with this update for now and plan to fully resolve the lag in the next one.

** Over the past two weeks, I’ve been working on resolving an issue with the save system but haven’t been able to pinpoint the problem. To avoid potential dead ends, I’ve temporarily disabled manual saving in this update. Auto-save is still functional, so players can continue their progress by selecting “Resume” from the main menu.

Title and Concept

“Innocent Girl” is a dark, choice-driven adult game exploring the struggles of Eva, a young woman navigating life in a harsh, unforgiving world. Players will guide Eva managing her decisions and relationships while uncovering the darker aspects of her new reality.

Eva starts each day by selecting locations to visit, engaging in tasks and events tied to those areas. With limited action points, players must carefully plan her day, deciding between earning money, fulfilling obligations, or encountering NPCs.
