Masters of Raana is an open-world RPG set in an abandoned colony, Ikaanos, that desperately tries to survive on a dangerous alien planet that was separated from Earth several centuries ago. The MC (You) starts as a nobody who has just inherited a small and dilapidated mansion from his older brother, a renowned slave trainer that went missing over a year ago. Master of Raana’s open-world approach allows you to do decide the continuation of that saga; live as a quiet factory worker, a thrill-seeking adventurer, a scavenger, an academy master, a famous arena champion or anything in between. Build up your fortune as a businessman and invest in anything from shops to shady bootleggers.

You could also take up your brother’s old profession and train slaves into obedient servants, academy professors, fierce shield maidens or willing sex toys. Sell your trained specimens at auctions or find other powerful NPCs who are looking for a specific skill set in a slave.

You’re also able to marry slaves, impregnate them and raise your offspring to adulthood, molding your children into anything you want; adventure buddies, accountants, guards or docile servants.

The planet of Raana also has many secrets to uncover, some you might stumble upon whilst exploring deep caverns or reading ancient books. There are many dangerous and hidden mysteries that lie waiting, ready to be discovered by those who seek the truth about Raana’s obscure past.

  • [NPC] Decreased the chance of getting NPCs with the Secretive trait from 20% to 15%.

New quest: The Sunderlands
Reaching Affection Amiable+ with Connor Sunderland (Black Guard from Warrior Hall) will now unlock his character quest which involves rescuing Mr. Sunderland’s wife and daughter.
The Sunderlands includes two new scripted NPCs, featuring 22 sex scenes, unique background dialogues and a unique item.
New quest: SWG R22
Visit the Drainage pipe in Stokke Hills to start a medium-length adventure that takes you through a fringe-science story with lots of pre-Severance lore and unique rewards.
New location (and quest): Marston Watch Tower
You’re now able to visit an old pre-Severance military installation in Marston Swamps. This location offers a rather long “dungeon crawl” best suited for mid- or well-equipped early-game playthroughs.
After clearing Marston Tower, you’re able to annex it in Fort Sera’s name, if the fortress’ Standing (toward you) is 100+, they have at least 85 men and $100,000 in their treasury.
New location: The Gymnasium (Crow’s End)
There’s now a civilian alternative to The Arena – a gymnasium which hosts Acrobatics’ quarter finals and grand finals on set dates. For over 250 years, many households and great houses have honored the tradition of signing up their top gymnast to these competitions. The MC *can assign* one of his Followers (if that Follower has Acrobatics 80+ and is 14+ years old) to the competition.
Winning a competition is hard – the other participants (found in a new $gympart object container) are actively increasing their skills as well and will try to do anything to win the quarters (once every 50 days) but also the grand finale (once every 200 days).
A winning girl is assigned Prestige (Civilian). A high Gymnastic Rep. increases Influence. *Winning* also gives you a cash and one-time Influence reward, similar to The Arena. Participating in a contest might also increase other skills and trait values, regardless if the girl wins or not.
The chance of winning is determined by Acrobatics, Dexterity, traits, body type, Affection toward the MC and unique NPC bonuses.
New location: Westside Abbey
You’re now able to assign female NPCs as nuns at Westside Abbey. This assignment works similar to The Arena – an NPC is unavailable 24/7 as long as she’s enrolled and costs a daily upkeep ($95). – Westside Abbey increases Discipline, Intelligence, Gardening, Domestic and a long list of other traits. – With enough Catholic Standing, the MC can appoint his enrolled girls to orders that greatly increases the chance of increasing specific traits or skills.
Westside District
Westside’s map has been completely overhauled and are now looking more “in line” with other city maps.
Job changes (Maid)
You can now assign daughters and wives to work as maids. – An assigned daughter or wife with an Affection below Undying has a 15% or 25% chance to decrease Happiness and Affection (down to Amiable) with one point per day. Effects are doubled if she has the Materialistic trait. – An assigned daughter or wife with Affection below Soulmate has a 15% chance to decrease WILLPOWER down to a minimum of 20.
Prestige
In 0.8.3.8, a new civilian fame variable called Prestige has been activated.
Prestige is gained by winning gymnastics competitions, performing at The Golden Dragon, lecture as a Professor at The Academy and doing other high-end feats of a more civilized kind.

“Riding clothes” overhaul
The old riding clothes slot has been completely revamped:
  • You’re now able purchase this attire (relabeled “Training clothes”) at Nika’s. Any female NPC can now wear Training clothes regardless of assignments.
  • Training clothes provide an extra bonus if worn during training sessions/gym competitions.
  • This change opens up for a lot more freedom when rendering future (or overhauled) NPCs’ wardrobes.
  • NPCs dressed in “riding clothes” when you update from 0837 to 0838 will automatically add that clothing to your inventory when you change their attire.
Holiday dress availability
You’re now able to purchase the ‘holiday dress’ after finishing Nika’s quest.
Mindmancer overhaul
Applying Mindmancer now adds a “Mentally Challenged” trait to the targeted NPC. He or she also receives a -15 escape chance modification.
Jewelry
NPCs can now wear necklaces, which works just like clothes (Inventory > Accessories).
  • While wearing very expensive jewelry (diamonds, embryls) might increase Affection for any NPC, a materialistic girl will definitely be *even more* inclined toward the MC if you allow her to wear a precious necklace.
  • The MC can now craft diamond and embryl necklaces.
  • The act of gifting “expensive trinkets” has been removed.
New furniture (Mega bed) – tier request
You’re now able to purchase a double-size imperial bed at The Carpenter in South Redhaven. This bed can house up to eight NPCs (master bedroom only).
Cannot be combined with other beds – remove any present double or single beds to enable placement of the Mega bed.
Combat overhaul
  • Fighting in darkness (9pm-4:59am) now adds a -5 hit chance penalty for ranged weapons (MC, Followers, enemies).
  • (Grimdark difficulty only) Using ranged weapons during storms (weather type 1 & 2) now adds a -15 hit chance penalty and a -10 damage penalty for plasma rifles (MC, Followers, enemies).
  • All DENGI-type enemies now have the “Frenzy” ability, which causes a large damage increase as their HEALTH drops (starts at health 49 or less (+5), max +50 damage at health below 10). This ability is only active for melee weapons.
New pregnancy effects
  • Any NPC that is 180+ days into her pregnancy and participating in combat now receives a -15 penalty when using ranged weapons and a -50 penalty when using melee weapons.
Difficulty adjustments
  • Changed the negative hit point kill threshold for Ironman from -10 to -20.

Interrogations (Tier request)
There’s now a 20% chance a captured NPC comes with a special secret. You can interrogate that *out of* the NPC through kind, persuasive words or through threats with the help of a new Interrogation framework. The result might provide skill boosts or mini quests. The missions and who receives the “Secretive trait” are random.
Enslave mercenaries
The MC can now enslave mercenaries (and some paragons) by convincing them to sign an indentured servanthood contract (Talk>Affect>Enslave). While the roll is extremely difficult to succeed, trying to persuade high-Respect, high-Affection, high-Corruption NPCs when Ikaanos is affected by low Prosperity/Control will turn a lot of factors to your favor.
A mercenary/paragon that enters slavery immediately loses his salary.
Forged documents
With enough influence and contacts, you can now frame a slave for a crime he or she didn’t commit, immediately turning them into convicts. Forged documents can be purchased at The Transit Department in The Palace district. Apply a document through Interact > Inventory > Accessories.
Sexual statistics
You’re now able to see how many times you’ve ejaculated in various orifices on each NPC (NPC Menu > Examination). As these variables didn’t exist in earlier versions, they all start at 0, even on legacy saves. You can easily modify them with the help of the console, however.
Overhauled STAMINA regeneration (NPCs)
Instead of a flat 20 Stamina points, all NPCs now recover 10 Stamina points + 1/3 of their Max Stamina. Felix, for instance, with Stamina 80, will now recover 36 Stam. points (instead of 20).
Tongue piercings and overhauled Inventory buttons
Nika’s Clothes now offers tongue piercings. Tongue piercings help propel the MC’s “Cum! state”, adds Beauty and Charisma mods, helps an NPC to improve her oral experience and may display unique texts during oral sex scenes. – A tongue piercing, along with butt plugs, now have icons in the Inventory pane, with corresponding hover over info.
New workshop and tavern caps
With the upcoming factory/mining frameworks, and due to popular demand, the worker cap for Taverns and Workshops has been decreased to 7, +1 foreman (was 10, +1 foreman). This will allow a fully staffed workshop to occupy one single NPC page. – Workshops that are overstaffed in old saves remain unaffected. – Turn this feature off by setting “oldworkshop = true” in the console or savedditor. That’ll allow you to keep the original cap of 10.
Overhauled armor repairs
The armor repair system has been completely reworked. You can now view all owned armors’ current state at The Armor Store and repair them with just one click.
The Academy
  • [MC] Increased base income for all held lectures with +$50/day.
  • [MC] Doubled the “Academy Disposition” bonuses for incomes from held lectures.
  • [NPC] There’s now a 15-age minimum requirement to work at The Academy, regardless of skill or Influence.
  • [NPC] Science and Academic professors now have a 10% chance to increase their corresponding skills (cap: 100).
Difficulty changes
  • Grimdark: You can no longer assign “away” NPCs (vendor assignments, scavvies, Academy) as Followers between 8 am and 4 pm, thus ending a well-known exploit that allowed you to have sermons and fights all day while still getting cash from Abbot Roo or Nika’s. This is also true for Group assignments. You can also not “Clear” an assignment, set the NPC as a follower and then reassign that NPC between those away hours.
  • Grimdark: Using a melee weapon in combat now costs 1 Stamina point, both for the MC and NPCs, down to a minimum of 5.
New weapon: Great axe
The Great Axe is a solid durasteel heavy weapon favored by several Aaesir tribes. It’s available at Imperial Arms in Em city.
  • STRENGTH requirement: 100+.
  • Power attack bonus: +15 damage.
New armor: WEGA
The Transit department now sells WEGA armor – a PAC (Russian/Chinese) pre-Severance durasteel suit boosted with an internal healing nanite coat.
  • Soak: 43.
  • Heals 5 health/turn during combat.
Achievements
There’s now a brand new Masters of Raana achievements section in Economy & Influence > Achievements.
New story NPC: Clea Vallas (Av39)
Clea Vallas is a renowned bounty hunter and high-tier warrior NPC with a history and character tied to the current affairs of Ikaanos. This paragon mercenary becomes available after you’ve decided to help Aria (1) or if you sold Aria (2) to The Mastersphere. Her acquisition quest starts in Redhaven if (1) is true. She’s instantly available at The Orient if Aria’s rebellion has been permanently thwarted by the MC (2). While Clea is meant to step in at the first half of Aria’s quest, her *event* executes immediately on legacy saves that’ve completed Aria’s quest, with some texts rewritten to better fit that part of the timeline.
New building: Mine
The MC can now purchase mining rights at the Town Hall in Hamilton Sq. or conquer mines from powerful warlords. Doing this enables him to build mines and extract valuable metals from mined ore. A mine works similar to Zapin Fields, with an assigned foreman and permanently deployed workers.

Prospecting
“Prospecting” is a new profitable job that can be done in prospect-enabled districts if the MC has at least one “Prospecting gear” in his Inventory. Prospecting involves searching through caves for gemstones and panning for gold in mineral rich brooks.

New Master Trait (Master of ropes)
After reaching WILLPOWER 60+, Flagellation 100+ and Bondage 100+, the MC can arouse sexual excitement by just stroking his cane along the naked thighs of his bound target. This doubles almost every *Arousal* increase (NPCs) when he’s involved in training room-based sessions.
New Traits (MC)
  • Mountain man (cost: 50): STR caps at 190, STAMINA caps at 150, DEX “cap” around 60. +3 Ration consumption/day.
  • Educator (cost: 50): One extra training and one extra homeschooling session per day (either alone or when training NPCs).
  • Tavern owner (cost: 45): You start the game with a fully enabled Tavern next to the MC’s house in Redhaven. Note that your tavern isn’t occupied. You have to manually assign a barkeeper and workers to activate it!
  • Occultist (cost: 15): Start the game with +10 Occult.
  • Taskmaster (cost: 15): Bonuses to homeschooling. Chance to increase Submissive and Perfectionist traits.
  • Pharmacist (cost: 20): Start the game with 15 tendstims, 5 combat tendstims, 3 doctor’s kits, 1 mindmancer.
  • Kingpin (cost: 50): Start the game with Carozza and Bandit faction standing, a scaling Influence loss due to shady past, cannot gain any extra business income from City Control.
  • God’s Chosen (cost: 30): Start the game with high Catholic devotion and extra Catholic standing. Cannot change religion later in game. Unique weapon (Sacred Mallet).
  • Oathsworn viking (cost: 30): Start the game with high Aesir devotion and extra Aesir tribe standing. Cannot change religion later in game. Additional Combat damage increase (+3).
New Disadvantages (MC)
  • Stimpack allergy (points: +70): Ordinary and combat stimpacks are useless for the MC.
  • Lawful (points: +30): The MC’s righteous ideals prohibit him from investing in shady business ventures such as The Dockpunks, Wrool Cat Wranglers, Gero Falkenstein’s store, distilleries and House Carozza (mobsters).
  • Haunted (points +5): Start with a -10 WILL penalty that’ll be restored upon completing Prowler chapter 3.
  • Sex addict (points +25): The MC receives cumulative penalties if his craving goes too high.
  • Lone wolf (points +20): The MC receives penalties (-20) if there are 2+ Followers in his combat group or 1+ Followers during training sessions. If he’s alone, those penalties are turned into a bonus (+20) instead, plus an additional +5 combat damage.
New MoR Enhanced traits (MC)
  • Family man (cost: 90): Start the game with a loyal family. Wife (35 yo), daugher (12 yo) and son (16 yo).
  • Old Energy stash (cost: 70): Start the game with 5,000 Energy cells.
  • Master sniper (cost: 75): One extra damage dice (1D20) when using ranged weapons.

Random NPCs
Added two new female random NPCs (av180, av181). Av180 features a completed “limited” sex scene set (fan made).
New NPC Menu orientation buttons
Instead of the old paging arrows, you can now instantly access a group page by clicking on its number. Hover over a button to see the page’s name. The clear all followers button has been moved to the bottom right corner.
  • You can disable this new feature and return to the old paging arrows by setting “nogroups = true” in the console or SaveEditor.
Combat changes
  • Enemies now receive a -10 chance penalty when trying to hit a petite or a very petite Follower from a distance with a ranged weapon.
New skill: Administration competence (+homeschooling)
  • The MC’s “Administration competence” is based on his Power Value (warlord experience), Intelligence (general know-how), Academics (old-world structures) and Science (math). In other words similar to how the Accountant skill is calculated for NPCs.
  • A Low Administration might impose smaller business income penalties and increased maintenance (for big households).
  • A high Administration might provide smaller business income bonuses.
  • An accountant will override all negative effects from a low MC Administration skill.
You’re also able to lecture your household occupants in the art of Administration. A homeschooling session uses the MC’s Administration competence as the base skill for those sessions.
Exhibition framework
Assigning nude or harness-wearing NPCs as Followers and passing through a city district now has a 20% chance of increasing their Humiliation if the NPC’s Corruption is between 10-39. Chances are doubled if Corruption is 10 or less. Note that heavy Affection losses might also apply: -1 per district (60% chance if Corruption is 10-39 and 100% chance if Corruption is below 10.
  • NPCs with Corruption below 10 will also increase Humiliation if they’re dressed in string bikinis.
  • Exhibition runs have no effect for an NPC with Corruption 40+ or if they have equipped armor.
New traits (NPCs)
  • Sibling: Certain NPCs now share an unbreakable bond (Loden/Laika and Lovisa/Tori). Mistreating one will also affect the other. Siblings also automatically increase each other’s Happiness unless they’re depressed or indisposed.
  • Nature-lover: A nature-lover dislikes the rampant pollution and environmental destruction of Raana. Having 3+ workshops gives a noticeable Happiness penalty, while building gardens and keeping the lush grove increase Happiness and Affection.
Wrool cat overhaul
  • Fixed several bugs that didn’t add the wrool cat’s guard power to the MC’s household (Domestic Event).
  • Added an extra WILLPOWER(+) event to the wrool cat event chain.
  • The adult wrool cat now consumes 3 rations per day.
Shower scenes overhaul
Lovisa (and Tori, see below) now come with seven unique shower and bathing scenes. More NPCs will be added in future updates.
New scripted NPC: Seve Pásztor (Av215)
Reach Academy disposition 30+ and a Power value of 15+ to unlock a young, desperate lecturer that “confronts” the MC at The Academy regarding her state of distress. She’s a Catholic, virgin and comes with a new trait and decent Academy skills. The girl also has a (or several) dark secret(s) that you’ll be able to explore through interaction events such as Stargazing and walking to Sentinel hill. Features a full randie sex scene set.
New Story NPC: Tori Helm
You’re now able to acquire a new story NPC, Lovisa Helm’s twin sister, Tori, from Virax springs. Tori comes with a full render archive (150+ pics) and over 10,000 words of unique dialogue and event texts.

The grand Prowler in the Depths questline has now been completed. The last prowler chapter unlocks MoR’s occult framework but also reveals a lot of distributing secrets about Raana and Earth.
New quest: Camp Yoshida
Averil’s character quest has been added – a short conquer/anecdote adventure. You’re able to activate this quest by asking about her Background (Amiable+).
New location: Raven woods
Raven Woods is one of Ikaanos’ biggest city parks – locked between Crow’s End and Whitehaven. This location offers some points of interest like “The Esterhazy oak”, “Students’ Cove”, a mysterious barrow and an abandoned homestead.
Ranch framework
A completely new external household framework has also been added. Ranches are a ration/meat output location with many advanced features. You can read more about them here.
In 0835, you’re able to aquire “Zapin Fields” after defeating the slaver crew that’re currently occupying this remote location.
Breakfast
The Morning BJ framework now has an “order/serve” breakfast option that brings in food for you and your newly-awakened girl. Features several special renders and 1,000 words of dialogue/event texts.
Factions
  • [FORT SERA, AESIR] You can now donate fully implemented NPCs (convicts and slaves) directly from the NPC Menu > Actions > Task & Locations tab.

Animated scenes
There’s now an official animation mod made by Sandman. This mod replaces a lot of generic images with animated scenes. Start by downloading “Sandman’s Videos” from the official mods folder, place the Videos folder in “Masters of Raana/Mods” and then activate by clicking “ON” in the options menu, page 3, “Sandman’s Videos”.
Difficulty settings
  • Sandbox: Increased Retainer yield from $70 to $150 per day.
  • Sandbox: Increased starting cash with $10,000.
  • Grimdark: Increased ammo prices with roughly 10%.
  • Dying world: Having a City Prosperity below 10 will now disable the Ammo Pack trait for NPCs.
  • Dying world: Prosperity now affects all business incomes with a dynamic, daily deduction penalty. A Prosperity below 15 deducts 10-15%, a Prosperity below 5 deducts 20-30% and a Prosperity at 0 deducts 35-60% of all incomes for stores, factions and vassals.
  • Dying world: Ammo prices will now slowly increase starting at day 40 and ending at day 1,000. The maximum increase (at day 1,000) is roughly 100-150% of day 1 starting prices.
  • Dying world/Grimdark: increased the price for a Durasteel Great Sword with roughly 20%.
NPC Religion effects
  • NPCs will now increase their devotion randomly between -2 and +2 points per day.
  • NPCs with WILLPOWER below 5 have a 10% risk of decreasing their Devotion with one point per day, down to a minimum of 10.
  • Catholic NPCs with WILLPOWER 20+ and Corruption below 30 now have a 20% chance of increasing their Devotion with one point per day if City Corruption is 75+.
  • NPCs that are Aesir with Devotion 60+ now receive a +3 combat damage bonus.
  • NPCs that are CTM with Devotion 60+ produce 50% additional Influence if working as Heralds.
  • NPCs that belong to The Cult of The Elder and have Devotion 60+ now gather about 20% additional Merchandise when assigned as Scavengers.
  • Muslim NPCs with Devotion 60+ now gain a +10 Accountant skill bonus (when actively assigned as Accountants).

Political events and factions

  • Updated Earth’s and Raana’s timelines with more info and additional events.
Jail cell overhaul
  • Both jail cell upgrades now provide the same WILLPOWER-lowering effects (20% daily chance).
  • The upgraded jail cell will only lower Affection down to Despising (19) instead of Abhorred (9).
  • Paragons and ex-paragons have a 10% daily chance of decreasing their WILLPOWER compared other NPCs (20%).
  • Slave masters/mistresses now affect imprisoned NPCs if that NPC is assigned to them.
  • Tormentor effect: Slave masters/mistresses now have a daily 15% chance of lowering assigned, imprisoned NPCs’ WILLPOWER (down to a minimum of 4) if the slave master doesn’t have the Pure trait and has a Kindness below 50. A Kindness below 25 increases the Tormentor effect to 25%.
New Story NPC: Valerie Borsow
Valerie Borsow is now available at Furry’s Tavern, if you spend a number of nights listening to rumors and socialize with old friends. She comes with a small/medium quest (Amiable+ > Ask about background) that’s similar to the Cyber Cannon riddle – no handholding but with big rewards.
MAIN QUEST: New World Order (part 1 and part 2)
You’re now able to either ignore, help or smother Aria’s rebellion, depending on playstyle. Helping Aria’s cause sets you out on a grand adventure – from stealthy palace missions to high-tech hacking onboard USS Seneca. You’ll also play a vital part in strengthening the rebel faction before its final assault on The Palace.
You can also train and turn in a devoted/corrupted Aria for great rewards and appreciation from the ruling elite of Ikaanos, securing yet another century of Authoritarian rule.
Note! Phase 3 (the last assault) is still WIP, coming in 0.8.3.4.
Increased NPC cap
You’re now able to house 96 NPCs instead of 80. Upgrade the dorms (lvl 3 – $50,000) and receive two extra pages of NPCs to fill out.
Combat overhaul
  • Nervous states: NPCs and enemies with WILLPOWER below 5 (25 on Grimdark difficulty) now have a 10% risk of becoming nervous in combat (-50 chance for one round) *if* both their Ranged and Melee skills are below 80.
  • Natural marksman: To compensate the growing power of melee combat, the ranged combat skill now scales exactly like STR damage bonus. This scaling begins at *Ranged combat 50+* and is potentially endless. A ranged skill of 120 should provide around 7 extra damage.
  • Decreased the maximum damage yield from power strikes (melee combat). Median damage from PS should now be roughly 4-5 points less.
  • NPCs with Discipline 24 or less now receive a -10 chance penalty in combat.
New random captives system
Kymanto now offers drunkards, brawlers, unlucky fortune seekers and other rabble to all their licensed slavers. This is a rather new system that’ll be further enhanced in later versions. For this release (0833), we have a semi-scripted randie called Aaron, who also introduces a completely new trait (Berserker).
Follower groups
You can now assign up to six different follower groups and switch between each group with just one click. All *current* followers are automatically reassigned to old jobs when dismissed. Switching groups can be performed at home or when in Redhaven unless you build the Stables (horse lvl. 2+).
Art
  • The “Won Combat” window now alternates between four different scenes.
  • Replaced or added many interior/exterior scenes (taverns, arena, bathrooms etc).
  • Added 4 new harness + collar/chain wardrobe pics for Adrienne and Laika (Tier request).

  • [NPC] NPCs with Willpower 60+ (+5) and 80+ (+5) now receive an extra escape chance bonus (max +10).
  • [NPC] There’s now a second page for viewing “States” in the Skills & Trait Section.
  • [NPC] Fighting in the Arena now adds to “Battles fought” for NPCs. They also gain Fame if they meet a strong opponent – especially if the NPC’s Fame is relatively low.

Quests, events and Story NPCs
  • New story NPC: Lt. Milou Skye. Lt. Skye is a Paragon NPC that you can acquire after a small, charm-based quest.
  • New quest: “Revenge!” Activates after reaching Amiable+ with Lt. Skye (Ask about background).
  • Releasing Aria from slavery will now give her the Paragon status. Note! Releasing Aria before finishing her quest might break the Slavemasters of Raana event chain!
  • Assigning both Loden and Laika as scavengers will now boost merchandise income with up to +6. The duo might also bring home extra tendstims.
  • Added one new Political Event tied to a future female Paragon NPC.
  • You’re now able to capture another powerful male antagonist – The Black Scorpion. If you’ve already captured or defeated him, setting **$raien1 to 1** will reset his position and allow you to fight him one more time in Raikan.
Attribute depletion (MC)
Reaching 0 in either Strength, Stamina or Dexterity, from injuries or old age, now means Game Over.
Master traits
The MC can now gain *Master Traits* by reaching specific skill, attribute and quest-related thresholds.
  • Master of War provides increased combat damage.
  • Master Tactician provides bonuses to combat followers and penalties to enemies.
New skill: Occult
The MC has been given a new skill that determines his knowledge about Raana’s esoteric forces. Read more here.
Ironman mode
You can now enable an “Ironman” mode either in the Character Creation Process or through the Option > Mods > Ironman setting. Enabling Ironman means that any NPC who reaches -10 Health Points during combat situations is immediately killed and removed from the game.
New titles
  • Nurse: You’re now able to assign any number of NPCs as nurses. A nurse will heal your and your other NPCs’ Health and Happiness, based on her Discipline and Medicine skill. A healing action costs $5/NPC (sterile wash, bandages and other equipment). She’ll also remove up to 20 sexual wear points (of each type) if that type is 20+. You have to own enough ointments for this effect to be active.
  • Head chef: The head chef is a unique assignment that’ll control your household’s culinary atmosphere. It’s a title that carries great responsibility – make sure to give it to an NPC that you can trust.
Combat overhaul
  • Added a new injector tendstim type that can be used in combat situations. Number of uses per turn depends on your group’s total Medicine skill (60+ adds 1 use, 100+ adds 2 uses). You’re able to purchase combat injectors at The Mastersphere.
  • Added combat injector tendstims to various loot drops in and around Ikaanos.
  • Revamped the special attacks/actions section.
  • NPCs can now be equipped with the WEGA auto cannon (Cyber cannon). The Ammo Pack Trait does not affect WEGA cannister depletion.
  • Combat injury penalties (incapped MC) have been doubled for GrimDark difficulty (from -2 to -4).
New world section: The Mastersphere
The MC can now take the shuttle from *The Palace* district and travel off-world to the ancient spaceship U.S.S. Seneca, also known as The Mastersphere.
An established and/or wealthy kingpin can purchase unique items and acquire powerful implants at this location. He can also stay over night and enjoy the luxuries of U.S.S. Seneca’s Recreational facilities.
The Mastersphere will be expanded further in future updates – with new decks and locations opening up for Aria’s grand questline coming in 0.8.3.3.
Overhauled Health systems
The Max Health attribute has been completely overhauled for the MC and all NPCs. The attribute is now calculated in a similar fashion for both “parties”, which removes the current over-patched NPC toughness/Build framework and the MC’s permanent and untrainable $mastermaxhealth variable.
Health is now calculated through STRENGTH + STAMINA + Body value (10-125), divided by 2. Various implants and traits are added after this calculation.
This means:
  • All NPCs will have their Health set to max when the new calculation executes. This only happens once, at Home, when you start an old save.
  • Most NPCs start with *slightly* more max Health.
  • All NPCs can be fitted with Health implants from Doctor’s Hall (NPC Menu > Actions > Doctor’s hall). Note that NPCs still wont accept getting cut open unless their Affection is Loving+.
  • All accumulated/grinded Max HP points will be removed now that the toughness variable is a *based-on value* instead of a separate attribute.
  • It is now generally much less time-consuming to increase an NPC’s max health.
  • The Max Health attribute is very easy to mod; for various difficulty settings, new implants, new traits, etc.

  • Added 5 bathing scenes (Juno, Aria, Dakota, Laika, Aiko).
  • Added 11 Inspect pics for Kelly.
  • Added 6 wardrobe pics for Kelly.
  • Added 1 Inspect pic for Adrienne (plugged).

  • Added a scrollable pane to the Loot screen. This will remove the risk of getting unclickable Continue buttons after combat.
  • Fixed several assignment errors that wouldn’t add Influence from gear (stables).
  • Fixed a bug that wouldn’t add Affection to Bud after completing “Bud’s Bullies”.
  • Fixed a bug that wouldn’t clear virgin states in the arena.

NOTE!
Masters of Raana is still “in development”! We have a good amount of content with most systems implemented but there are missing features here and there that you might encounter if you try the game out.
This game is best experienced on a Full HD+ (1920×1080 or above) screen. Mobile gameplay is currently not supported.

This game is currently not officially supported on Android devices, but here’s a collection of fixes/tweaks that might make life easier for those who use joiplay or a tablet.
Solution #1
The game has not been adjusted to mobile platforms, but some users have been able to play it on Chrome just fine, in the case of this not working for you, it is possible to play it with the emulator joiplay that is available on the play store or on the patreon of the developer of the app, if the game is appearing cropped for you on joiplay, you can try to ajust the value width-scale found within the html file by directly opening it as a txt, if this is not possible, rename the end of the file “.html” to “.txt” then open the file, the value width-scale is easily found within the start of the file, then you can try changing the value from 1 to values ranging from 0.2 to 0.6, then rename the file to html again and test to see if the new value resolves the cropping for you.

Solution #2
This solution is a bit more involved, but will help those that still run into issues with the above solution. When I tried out joiplay, it ran. However for many screens the text was all out of whack.
You will need to download the following:

# Download the 2 apps and the latest version of MoR to your phone.
# Open File Manager Plus and extract the zip of MoR to wherever you want.
# Open the Masters of Raana folder that you have just extracted and tap on the start_game.html.
# Open the file with the default text editor.
# In the first couple lines of the file, there should be a line that says: “<meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, ”'<u>initial-scale=1</u>”'” />
# Change “initial-scale=1” from the number 1 to .25-.4. Try it out and see what works best. Tap the save button on the top right of the screen after making the change and back out.
# Open AWebServer and press the select button for “DOCUMENT ROOT”. Select internal storage (may depend on your device), and then navigate to the Masters of Raana folder. Select that folder as the Root folder.
# Press the “START” button next to SERVICE.
# Now next to the Address heading, there should be a web address that looks something like “http://192.168.1.55:8080“. Click on that address. There may be add popups. Just wait for them to end so you can exit out.
# Chrome (or whatever browser you have installed) should open up the folder that has the start_game.html file listed. Click on start_game.html.
# The game should run and you can zoom in or out to maximize your screen size.
