Welcome to Haunting Havens – As a professional ghost hunter, you are contracted with subduing a group of trouble-causing succubi. You weren’t the best option, but you were the only one left for the boss to call. As all other hunters and exorcists have failed their mission and felled to the seduction antics of the succubi.
To not get fired, ensure you are able to subdue and FUCK all succubi haunting the mansion without getting caught!
Due to budget cuts, you will have to earn money each night and visit the shop in order to obtain the items necessary to subdue these ghosts. To not lose money each night, make sure to last until 4:00 A.M. and keep your sanity levels high to prevent the succubi from spawning!

Updated yesterday with some polishing for Episode 1, as well as added some more swappable scenes for Arcade mode!

Seraphine now has Morgana’s subdue animation, as well as Judi’s caught sequence!

We still intend to polish out a few things, add more variances in the animation, and possibly extend it a bit as well, but here’s our ending of Episode 1 of HH, enjoy! We look forward to the future episodes expanding on the lore of the HH Universe.

Part 2 more-so finalizes Episode 1 of HH, it’s not as long as Part 1, however, it does have 2 h-scenes that are back-to-back, so keep that in mind! We’ll add in some better checkpoints, add some variations in the h-scenes, and make the boss fight better as the updates progress.

In the last Crash Patch, some users were experiencing the game crashing loading the Story Mode environment. We lowered the amount of VRAM and RAM that was taken up while switching between the intro of Episode 1 to the Carnival scene, by changing how we loaded it in. And this worked for some users, however, it still wasn’t enough for some others. So in this update, after tinkering around, we’ve been able to reduce the RAM and VRAM of the carnival by around ~25%, which should fix it for the rest, we hope you all enjoy!

We changed the way we load in scenes to be less taxing on the computer and VRAM, as some players have reported crashing on loading the Carnival environment. We hope this helps, enjoy!

Episode 1, Part 1 – 26-05-2025

Episode 1, Part 1 (of 2) is LIVE! This includes some bugfixes, as well as adds a decent chunk of more content to Story Mode Episode 1. We hope everyone enjoys!

Better Localization + There have been some reports of crashes loading between scenes, we hope this update will fix this for those encountering those issues!

We hope this will be the last update from us for at least a few days, we’re sorry there have been quite a few since launch! This won’t become a habit.

We are VERY sorry especially to our Chinese, Russian, and the many other language users who hadn’t had subtitles for the Story Mode cutscenes on initial launch, this was a very problematic oversight on our behalf, and it won’t happen again. Localization will ALWAYS be a #1 priority for us moving forward. We intend to localize the Shopkeeper’s quips in an update coming soon, as well!

This update has two more swapped XXX scenes! Morgana has Judi’s caught scene available, and Judi has Seraphine’s caught scene as well. To be able to have the sex option choosing, remember to enable it in the game settings at the bottom!

Additional v0.1.7 updates: Characters have performance-friendly hair physics now! Screen-Space Ambient Occlusion for characters has also been added, and a complete upgrade to Unity 6 has been successful! As for Ultra mode, it is performing much better than before, so if you encountered lower FPS on a higher-end PC before, try it out!

A playable preview intro of Episode 1 will be coming near the end of January, v0.1.6 has two swapped X scenes!

To enable the selection of X scenes, turn on “Sex Option Choosing” in the game settings menu! Later on, there’ll be an item in the shop instead of this setting, but for now, enabling this option will give a selection menu when caught or subduing a succubus. The two available swapped X scenes are:

Seraphine has Morgana’s boobjob animation, and Judi has Seraphine’s subdue cowgirl animation! Subdue Judi to have the choice-select between her original subdue animation, and the cowgirl animation. And get caught by Seraphine to have the option to choose Seraphine’s boobjob animation.

This update has more voice lines (each character has a line at the beginning of customization, and a revamped initial scene when the succubus catches the player with voice lines, as well) and Judi’s subdue scene! For now, you can subdue Judi using the same subdue item used for Morgana (the bracelet).

Some more voice lines, clothing items, accessories, languages, and polishing will be added in the coming days and the link will be refreshed!

This release is the most optimized version of Haunting Havens, with a decently higher FPS, and less GPU runtime calculation, than before!

There is some polishing as well to the gameplay and Morgana’s second position in the 2nd floor window in the hallway has a more alluring animation than before. Enjoy!

v0.1.4 Character Customization Part 1

Part 1 of Haunting Havens Character Customization update is here! Currently, only Seraphine and Morgana can be customized, and more outfits are to come. Accessories and nail color selector will be rolled out in P2 as well! We had some difficulty getting the process down, but we have a framework for adding customization content now to speed things up.

Next post will be a showcase of the new character to be added in Episode 1 of story mode! It will be a fellow ghost hunter called to the carnival/circus location. Fully voiced added with much dialogue (from both her, and the current characters)!

Polishing and more voice lines for the Ghost Hunter mode are coming as well, lines when the player gets caught, and more lines from characters through the gameplay are to come, as well as more scenes!

Judi subdue scene will unfortunately have to be released with P2 of 0.1.4, as setting up a framework for character customization took longer than expected. P2 will be released in ETA 2 weeks with the extra polishing we have planned!

Haunting Havens 0.1.3 has been released! Important: to get the threesome scene, Seraphine must have the collar on, AND NOT, be subdued. Two methods are to put the collar on Seraphine, and then last until the end of the night, or, place the collar on Seraphine, and then get caught by another succubus to get to the end of the night faster, instead of waiting.

Developer Notes:

There are three current succubi haunting the mansion, Morgana is identified by her pink hair, Seraphine by her black hair, and Judi with her green eyes. Judi will be releasing soon on the Patreon version of the game.

Getting caught by a succubus before your time ends will lead to NSFW scenes, and purchasing certain items from the shop and fulfilling certain conditions will lead to additional XXX scenes.

Additional content can be found on the Patreon version of Haunting Havens. (The character Judi, with black and green hair, will be released early on August 30th on our Patreon.)

Entering the game, be sure to find the shop to find purchasable items by going to the left of the mansion to see the neon signs leading to the shop.

At the shop, you’ll be able to purchase items to help you in maintaining your sanity, luring ghosts, and/or subduing them!

When you enter the mansion, there will be tasks to clean up items to earn extra money and bide time while you keep your sanity in check by holding [E] on any sanity objects. Sanity objects include: the fireplace (which will turn off occasionally, lowering your sanity); a grandfather clock under a red beaming light that begins to ding; pages of a hovering book flapping behind a secret door; and more! Simply hold E on an object when it’s not as it should be to eliminate the strain it’s causing on your sanity levels.

There are items in your shop that will aid you in keeping your sanity high, such as sanity pills. Ultimately, this can lead to a higher rapid increase in the amount of SOM, Strength Of Mind, you earn after the night ends. As you earn a bonus if sanity is maintained above 80% by night’s end.

Broom and sponge are in the bathroom if you have trouble finding it!

This game is in extremely early development! We will be uploading addtional content as time goes on and future previews of the in-development storymode of the game on the Patreon.
