Maddison is the daughter of a wealthy and influential man. She’s used to controlling everything around her, playing her games, and always coming out on top. But her father decides it’s time for her to gain real experience — and puts her to work as a nurse at St. Eva’s Hospital.

From that moment, her carefully controlled world starts to shift.

Version 0.1 features Maddison’s backstory, several full scenes with different paths, and the familiar Medical Special Care vibe — only from a very different perspective.

Someone will start getting a little too interested in her.
Someone from her past still can’t let her go.
And for now, she’s sure everything will go according to her plan.

This is a spin-off, not a sequel to Medical Special Care 2.
