Netorare path – These scenes may include fetishes such as: sharing, cheating, cuckoldry, and the like. At certain points, the heroes may not know what their partner is doing or may not be very happy about what is happening.
Netorase path – This path is also part of NTR but has certain peculiarities. All perversions are done by mutual consent. The characters experiment together, but not against the occasional stranger.

An unknown medication that was added to the water continues to affect them. But how this will affect history will be up to you to decide. It’s an eventful day, culminating in a special photo shoot for the hospital. The mysterious M.S.C. program is also gradually starting to work…

A new day dawns at St. Eva’s Hospital, and with it, a whole chain of events kicks off. Some of these storylines will even stretch across multiple updates, evolving each time you play. Michel, Eva, and Karin are no longer using “Kiten”, so they’re starting to see things a little clearer. But some lines have been crossed, and there’s no going back.

Eva and Karin have already gotten used to the new hospital and its rules. Things don’t seem as strange anymore, though they still don’t fully understand everything that’s going on. Day 6 turned out to be eventful. For Eva, the adventure started even before work and ended with a medical check-up for the homeless. Karin will be trying to earn extra points to get into the hospital training program, which means she’ll have to complete some odd tasks for Dr. Horse.

It’s been exactly a week since the girls started working at the new hospital. All the weirdness doesn’t feel so out of place anymore. The right atmosphere — and maybe the stuff they put in the coffee machine — seems to be doing the trick.
Eva’s twin sister, Julia, has come to visit the family… and maybe take Lana (Eva’s daughter) back home. The sisters always seemed like opposites: Eva — calm and serious, Julia — wild and carefree. But Julia quickly notices that the line between them has gotten blurry over the past week. Eva just doesn’t want to admit it yet. Today, she’ll have to start facing the consequences of her own impulsive choices.
As for Karin — she was expecting a chill shift. But when Lisa put Raven in charge for the day, everything changed. Raven has her own ideas about how to “shape” Karin and push her in a certain direction. She once told Karin she had two choices: leave this place, or just go with the flow. Since Karin’s still here… maybe it’s time to dive in headfirst.
