This is a remake in RPG Maker of the visual novel Monster Girl Quest made by Torotoro (not to be confused with Paradox).
In a world in which a war between Humans and Monster Girls exist since the begining of time, Luka, a human Hero apprendice, meets a strange monster girl fallen from the sky on the day of his baptims in the name of the Goddess Ilias, her name is Alice, after that he fails in receive his baptism because the Goddess didn’t appear to do it. After being crushed by depression, Alice, convinces him to go on his journey to defeat the Monster Lord (the leader of the Monster Girls) even without Illias’s protection. On his journey he will find many lustiful monster girls who will rape him again and again if they manage to defeat him.

Enjoy plenty of reverse rape with monster girls and this epic tale in a new engine with much more gameplay than the original Visual novel.

Well, it’s finally here… After a year and a half of excuses, I finally am proud to release MGQ Remake version 0.3.
The entire story part until Gnome is ready and story-wise, nothing is missing. The scene with Promestain in Witch Hunt Village was done, and the scene with Lazarus in Sabasa too, before you ask. Two new main quests were added as well.
Unfortunately, as I said before, some sex-scenes are missing and only have placeholders. This part in the original VN had the least amount of quest and monster girls, so many new things were added or expanded here, unfortunately, I didn’t have time to create all the sex-scenes, I’m really sorry for that. But until the next release which will fix all the bugs you find and add some polishment to the game, I promise to make all the missing scenes and add them as well before moving to work on version 0.4 which should go until Undine.
One main difference you gonna notice from the VN here is the additions of the new reward scenes, which some monster girls will give you after you finish their quests. The first one you can see is a Vanilla blowjob, which was previously a rape scene and was converted to be consensual. If you begin a game now, Vanilla will offer the scene to you after you have the final conversation with Papi when you finish their quest. The reward scenes are refusable, but if you change your mind later, you can just talk to them to receive the scene.
You shouldn’t need a new game to play this version since I didn’t mess with the scripts this time, so you can use your save and if you don’t already have Vanilla blowjob (the rape scene), just go back and talk to her, Frank is in the Merchant guild and will take you back to Ilias Island, and if you have Vanilla blowjob (the rape scene), you already unlocked the reward scene since both use the same switch, just talk to Alice and use the Monster Book to see it.
There are other reward scenes planed for the first two parts, but I didn’t have time to write nor implement them, so I’ll include them as well in the next version.
Here is changelog, at least that’s what I could remember, but there may be a few things else changed.
There are two important points I’d like to address.
First: I included two versions of the game an Original version and a Light Version. Essentially the Light version is a censored version in which all the vore and death are replaced by he being taken as a slave. It basically only changes the h-scenes. The Original version has every h-scene as they were in the Visual Novel. A important thing I must say, is that all the game and story were made with the Light version in mind. No matter if this is your first time playing Monster Girl Quest or not, play the Light version first and see that it closes a big plothole of the Original game
Second: It won’t be 100% the same game, this is another engine that will require more content. And I really found some serious plotholes on the Original game that I will try to fulfill here, as well as fleshing out the world. The version 0.1 adapts until Alma Elma first battle, and It already closes some plotholes on the game. I know some pleople likes the remakes to be 100% faithful to the source, but for me the source wasn’t 100% perfect, so I will try to improve it.
This fan remake was made using assets from the original visual novel as well as assets of MGQ Paradox, therefore the developer don’t accept money donations, but he do accept time, be it by writing a review saying your thoughts of the game, giving suggestions or making proofreading on the text since his first language isn’t English and many parts were written by him and aren’t in the original Rogue’s translation (used as base). This forum on F95zone will be the primary source of feedback to him.
Since the assets came from the original, they are censored, the developer isn’t an artist to remove them, but if anyone is willing to commit time in uncensor the CGs, it will be gladly accepted.

Cyan Angel orb now increases the sp gained to avoid grinding before a boss to cheese her.
Changed name of the Orb slot to Extra, so that other characters can use shields side weapons, and magical orbs on that slot.
Crafting edited. Now attack and elemental defensive items (except Sex), as well as healing salve, have double output, and their prices fallen to half to avoid exploitation. I hope now people stop complaining about how difficult this game is.
Obeying Alice’s choice was restored at Luka’s house.
New Harpy’s reward scene added, now you have to speak with Reina (her name) during the festival before leaving. After that she’s going to be near a tree at the north part of Harpy Village.
Changed portrait, facesheet, sprites, skills, and equipment of Mirian.
New Mirian’s reward scene added, now after defeating Christine a scene gonna play at Faraday Village and Mirian gonna offer the scene there, after this scene the scene with the Village Chief proceeds normally. if a save after Christine battle is used, when you enter Faraday, the scene will play as if you have just defeated Christine, but the scene with the chief won’t play.
Anubite’s rape scene added.

Monsterpedia was edited to include Mirian. Harpy A and Harpy B are now joined together to in Harpies on the Harpy B slot, and Coral Girl took the slot of Harpy A and Mirian took the slot of Coral Girl.

Reworked bandits from Old Ilias Temple and Hideout, so they are less in number but stronger to avoid dragging the battle too much.
Changed name of shield slot from “Orb” to “Extra” and so now other party members can have equipment there as well as Shields or magical orbs or side bows. This is something I struggled thinking since I decided to include party members, what do I call the shield slot? It can’t be shield because the angel orbs aren’t shields, and other characters would have shields or other side equipment. I finally decided to name it “Extra”.
Because of that characters that used light armor as Luka won’t be able to equip his orbs because now they have equipment of their own locked on that slot.

  • Changed CGs from Vanille Blowjob, Fairy and twin fairy rape scene.

  • Changed the name of the Mermaid from the story to Ella.

  • Request Board now automatically choose the main quest as soon as you interact with them. Which means you won’t need to guess which of the available quests is mandatory to leave the city.

  • Edited the text of the beginning of the healing salve side quest.
  • Now if you refused Meia’s blowjob, you can come talk to her and she will offer it again. Also from now on, any refused consensual scene will be available if you talk to the character again.
  • Vanille’s Blojob rape removed
  • Vanille now may give you a blowjob as reward for helping her group. If you just began the game this is automatic after the quest, if you are using a save after helping them, check if you have the Vanille blowjob in the monster book, it’s using the same switch after all. If not, you can talk to her and she will offer it to you.
  • Naomi, Kraken finishing scene were edited to become more smooth.
  • Easy Mode added. Access the new chest in Luka’s house.
  • Increased SP from Attack from 5 to 6
  • Increased SP from Defense from 10 to 12
  • Increased ramdomized initial SP from 0 – 5 to 0 – 20
  • Increased Maximum SP from 100 to 300
  • Increased SP recoved by items
Fixed a few bugs, including one game breaking, but nothing much else.
  • Finally, after so much time, all of the Southern Region, aka Natalia Region, was added. The game will go until get Sylph and face chimera dryad. Chimera dryad sprite is placeholder, keep it in mind and use your imagination. And you will need to start a new game. I’m really sorry about this, but there was no other way. I believe this kind of problem won’t happen in the future, but I can never be certain.
  • Save anywhere now is optional chosen at the begining of the game.
  • Luka can now sleep in his bed, It should be like this from the begining, I just forgot about that because I never needed.
  • Increase the number of items in Luka’s chests. I never needed more, but after seeing a guy making a gameplay i decided to easy things a little more at the beginning by increasing the number of initial items.
  • Output of crafting Attack Booster D increase from 1 to 3 and ingredients also increase except for Mandragora Root which will still be one.
  • Instead of 1 HP, Luka will comeback with the amount of health he had when touched the savepoint.
  • All Science Labs will sell all the ingredients (Except Anrider for quest reasons).
  • Changed number of tiers for state malus items from 5 to 3. now this items will have a chance of 50, 100, 150% of chance to cause the state, so the last, can easily cause the state even in who have resistance.
  • Changed enemy attack patterns. Now they will have a normal attack that gives them SP and most other attacks will take SP to use, usually 5-20. I realised that some attacks even being strong and having lower priority sometimes kept being used over and over. Now the enemies will fight more like you do, attacking to gain SP and then realising powerfull attacks. Some attack have increased the damage output a little to compensate. Also, reduced the SP cost of Healing items to the enemy from 50 SP to 20 (or else they would never store enough SP to use them), but gave them a MP cost depending on the potency, and their priority are kept being lowest, so they shouldn’t keep using them over and over.
  • Reduced power blow cost from 45 SP to 40 SP and increased the damage a little
  • Horny reduced sensibility de 200% to 150%
  • Crafting rethinked.
  • Starting items changed to Wind and Earth ones, It was supposed to be since the first simplification of the crafting, but I forgot.
  • Mandragora roots reworked now you must face mandragora before getting them. Mandragora scene added.
  • Sex elemental attacks will bypass your defense. Which means your armor can’t defend you against them, and they are never negated.
  • Names of Parpy and Gobu were changed back to Papi and Gob. Also removed the names Tanya and Patrice for the bandits. I still disagree with the tranlation, but those names are already estabilished, so, I will leave it like this. I blame Sacred Guard for this. Yes I saw your videos, and my translation of the names isn’t wrong, in fact, I’m not even sure if they actually have names in Paradox, for what I could find, it’s more probable that Dargoth made those names based on how they are called Doragonpapii became Papi, and so on. But, you wasn’t the only to be too used to Paradox and complain about this, but I still blame you. Thanks for covering this game, by the way.
  • Increased cost for skills, increased their functionality. Thunder Thrust now cancel prepared attacks (those which make the ATB spin reverse) and lost the ability to make the enemy lose time, and Demon Decaptation now causes enemy to lose time and had its damage output increase by 3 times your magic attack (not much really) also it can’t miss, but it’s very expensive requiring 42 SP to use.
  • Increased ATB Speed.
  • Anastacia name changed to Mia
  • Included an animation to Alma Elma battle cutscene. I’m thinking about making that cutscene with the sprites instead of the battle. But I leave that for later.
  • Included Marie Portrait. Thanks Júnior Plus.
  • Included missing h-scenes for slimes, slug, harpies and others. Ilias will always tell you if there is another scene available in the evaluations. Thanks Chiron.
  • Completed the cut CGs of the harpies from Paradox used in those new scenes. Again thanks Júnior Plus.
  • Luka’s facesheet removed from rape scenes (except when his expressions are necessary)
  • Inclusion of the Aftermath system prototype. Only for Frederika now. More details later.
  • Revamped the maps of Ilias Island.
  • Replaced the Random Encounter in Dungeons for a On Map Encounter system. You gonna see the monster girl sprite and if you get too close, she will chase after you, if she gets you, the battle will start. World map still have random encounters however.
  • The game will get harder with time, but no grinding is needed, just a clever use of the items is enough to beat it. You should be about level 20 by the end of this version. Just don’t run away from fights and you will have more than enough exp to finish. Beating everyone once, you can easily get to 22 – 23 by the end of this version.

  • Some enemies can use items now (a item like skill, identic to what you use). Don’t worry, it will cost a lot of SP to use, have low priority and they will always be of smaller tiers than what you should be using. Right now only Healing Salves can be used by them. they can use antidotes and other state removal items as well.
  • Evaluations edited to reflect changes and now they will tell you if there is a second h-scene to be seen.
  • Second scene of Vanilla included (sorry i completely forgot about it).
  • Increased itens drops
  • Removed Kill count of monsterpedia because of a bug when interacting with post battle screen
